Stress Less Pipe Guide - IPS

First pipe support system especially designed to eliminate stress transfer to pipe due to thermalexpansion or seismic events. Has engineered, designed gap of 3mm between guide insert andpipe OD. Excessive force can never be exerted on the pipe regardless of tightening of bolts.• For IPS size pipe 1/2" - 8"• Includes steel hoop and plastic guide insert• Guide insert is HDPE, gray, UV resistant• Hoop is trivalent gold chromium-coated galvanized steel, compliant with ASTM B633 Type VI• Mounts to any flat surface or standard strut support• Mounting holes in bracket for bolts size "SC" (not included)• Recommend using 70,000psi tensile strength or greater bolts in recommended sizes. For con-

nection to unistrut locking nuts, recommend 1" to 1.25" long bolts.• Recommended Design Load ratings consider both static and dynamic loading, and are in lb-
