The above graph shows the awareness of banas products in the surveys. Here we can see

that above table and graph the majority of the retailers give the least rank about the

awareness of the banas diary products in the both cities. This indicates that important

things selling the banas dairy products very low share or parts of awareness.

The above graph represent that the rank given by retailers that the easily availability of

company products which customers easily purchase it. I analyzed the question and find

out that 46% of the total surveys in the both city gives the first rank of importance things

availability of company products in markets. Only 12% retailers give the fourth rank of

availability of the company products. So, its indicates that delivery of the company is

good which their products available in the market and customers purchase it.

The above graph represent that the people view about quality of the company products in

the surveys. The perception regarding the quality of the banas dairy products by the view

point of the retailers are good. Generally people purchase the product considering the

criteria of price as well as quality also. Here, we can see by the way of graph that only

few persons give the least rank of the quality because there were many competitors’

products they sale and by they give rank by the view point of the customers.

This is the fifth question of my questionnaire. I am using dichotomous scale in this

question. an objective of this question is to find out that the advertisement, sales scheme,

price discount, and others done by the banas dairy, it is gives satisfaction of retailer or

not. Here the question category in two ways that is YES or NO in which if answer yes

than it is good for the company required to do for increase its selling. In this question

This is the sixth question of the questionnaire. I am using measurement scale in this

question because which products of banas dairy are first in the particular things like

delivery, margin, or credit terms. Objective of this question is to find out that what is

The above table shows that who are satisfied by the delivery of banas dairy in the survey.

The average satisfaction levels of delivery of two city are as follow: the highly satisfied

level of 55% , and moderately satisfied level 45% in the deesa city. While in the palanpur

47% are highly satisfied , 47% people moderately satisfied and 6% are indifference .

which indicates that the delivery given by the banas dairy is satisfied by their channel

member.

The above table and graph shows the people view about margin of banas dairy which is

given by them. The average views about margin of banas dairy product in two cities are

as under. The view about margin in deesa city no respondent is highly satisfied but 45%

retailers are moderately satisfied , 40% indifference, 10% moderately dissatisfied and 5%

retailers are the highly dissatisfied by the margin of the banas dairy which given by them.

The view about the margin in palanpur 30% are moderately satisfied, 37% indifference,

10% moderately dissatisfied and 6% are the highly dissatisfied. Which indicates that the

margin given by them are not highly satisfied in the both city so their should be required

to company increase margin to their channel member.

The above graph revel that the credit period of the company is the satisfied of retailer.

The average view about the credit terms of banas dairy product in two cities are as under:

the view about credit terms in deesa city 5% retailers are moderately satisfied, 30%

indifference, 50% moderately dissatisfied and 15% are the highly dissatisfied by the

credit terms of the company. The view about the terms in palanpur 6% moderately

satisfied, 40% are indifference, 27% are moderately dissatisfied and also 27% are the

highly dissatisfied. Which indicates that the credit terms given by them are not satisfied

by in the both city?

I conclude from the graph that the customer scheme are very well continue in the market

because customer always purchase those products in which they can get any benefit from

that so company have required to gives retailer scheme. And also company have required

to gives retailer scheme and gift on purchase scheme is also important for increases it’s

selling of product. Company increases its market share when they can gives the different

scheme in the market.

Criteria which people purchase banas dairy products

This is the tenth question of the questionnaire. I am using multiple choice scales in this

question for taking answer from the retailers. Objective of this questions is to find out

that which criteria considered while people purchasing the banas dairy products. What

ever it is price, taste and quality, information available and easily accessible in the market

or any other. Why customer considered particular criteria only and not any other and

which reason behind that.

I am analyses this question and determined that most retailer belives that easily accessible

in market is the criteria considered while they purchase products. People purchase those

products in which they can benefit so that is possible with price and easily accessible in

The above graph reveals that the criteria which customer considered while purchasing

banas dairy products. The whole survey of the both city the peoples purchase the banas
