Ordering: Please state item code, name, color, material and quantity in the order to avoid any delays. First Order minimum is $200.00. Re Orders have $150.00 minimum.
Prices: All prices quoted are F.O.B our warehouse in Los Angeles and are subject to change without notice.
Backorders: All backorders with value less than $35.00 are cancelled. All items not shipped are automatically placed in back orders.
Claims: All claims for defective merchandise must be maid within 15 days of receipt of order.
Restocking Charges: There will be a 15% restocking charge, with a minimum a $30.00 minimum.
Terms: Terms are due on reciept for new accounts and net 30 for existing accounts.
