Knowledge Exchange Placement Programme (KEPP)
• Funding up to ~£50k per year
• 6 to 24 months projects
• Graduate employed by company
– Salary funded £22k and £26K
• The business contribute 28-34% of eligible costs

Support to help small and medium-sized businesses to improve their competitiveness by developing new, highly innovative and commercially viable products and processes to the benefit of the Scottish economy.• Feasibility studies: up to £100k funding of eligible costs (70% for small SME and 60% for
medium SME)
• early stage R&D, the outcome of which will enable informed decisions on the technical and commercial viability of a new product or process
• R&D Projects: from £75k to £600k (35% eligible costs)
• Funding a pre-production prototype of a new product or process
