Terms & Conditions:

• Guaranteed buy-back at prevailing round price

• Buy-back payout will take place within 30days - DAO service charges (5%) will apply (if you hold until maturity then no service charges will apply)

• You need to hold your purchased area for at least 1 year

• Once the project is completed, you can claim the demarcated area

• At maturity, DAO can help in re-sale as well

INVESTMENT: 3M – 20M

INCOME: Choose between 0% - 15%annual return; get a payout of up to PKR 2.5 lacper month

Ideal for investors who want a stable revenue stream added to their monthly income

Terms & Conditions:

• Income payouts will be aggregated at round levels.

• A guaranteed income will be given to the investor at completion of every round ((typically every quarter but can be slightly less or more based on the construction milestones achieved).

• Resale after the lock in period at prevailing market price which is expected be 30% higher than DAO Round price (helping you maximise your profit).

• You will have the first opportunity to purchase all inventory available for re-sale below market price.

DOWN PAYMENT: From PKR 1,572,375

Ideal for people who want to purchase an apartment or commercial space through an instalment plan

• Area is reserved at down payment and you can claim your purchased property upon completion of installments
