The goal was to rebrand Fastetickets with a professional corporate look. I created an engaging logo by using bold colours with gradient effects, which gives it a modern look and feel. I created a focal point with ‘e’, which adds to the companies’ identity. The purpose of the marketing materials was to reintroduce Fastetickets to a new and existing audience. To achieve this I designed the marketing materials to be coherent and visually appealing to readers,

Instantly receive 100% of the ticket value at the point of purchase, meaning you don’t have to wait weeks or months to receive your revenue. You can also set up instant payments for event partners who may be due a share of the revenue such as artists and promoters.

Fastetickets is hosted on the cloud meaning it can be administered from any computer connected to the Internet without the need for in-house servers or additional hardware. The cloud service ensures that no customer is unable to access your site even at times of peak traffic.

Fastetickets accepts over 100 payment options in all major currencies and automatically exchanges and deposits your preferred currency into your account.

No hefty fees for our system or for the hosting we provide. Our income is purely revenue based as we charge a booking fee on ticket sales and a percentage on merchandise sold using the system.

Our fee is 5.7% + 79p per ticket which includes the credit card processing. Free events can be zero fee.

Research has proven that one of the best times to increase customer basket spend is at the initial point of purchase. Fastetickets gives you the power to sell products / services / merchandise during the ticket transaction.

Fastetickets allows you to sell tickets via a computer as well as using your mobile phone or tablet, whilst you are on the move or standing in the queue using a safe and secure payment service

An automatic email is sent to the customer which contains your ticket /barcode. You can print it out or show the barcode on a mobile device / phone or tablet.

You have an option to additionally send out an SMS if you would rather have your ticket sent to your mobile phone. An SMS ticket works in the same way as an email ticket.

A single ticket can be used for a single person or a group booking rather than having to use individual tickets for the entire group. You also have the option to split the tickets if some people are arriving later or separately.

2D barcodes are scanned on entrance showing the number of tickets, any pre-paid merchandise and validity of the ticket.

If you have purchased some pre-paid goods then a notification will appear when your ticket is validated and status of the items will not change until the 2D barcode is scanned on collection.

Rather than printing out your eticket why not have it sent to your mobile phone or tablet for authentication.

You have the ability to offer upgrades and discounts eg: store/café which can be redeemed when the 2D barcode is scanned enabling you to monitor the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns

Now you can authenticate tickets anywhere be it at an event, museum, gallery, music festival or an in-house seminar.

The app can be used to provide fast-track or VIP entry facilities to authenticate people in a queue and as a capacity enhancer during busy times with the use of no additional hardware, other than mobile phones.

The app runs a continuous updating process to and from your online system so once a ticket has been used / authenticated it is no longer available for entrance.

The app can also be used to validate people collecting pre-paid merchandise and to redeem discounts at the bar or in a gift shop for instance.

You can even use the app for random checks at an event and thereby help to minimise fraud.

Security can be enhanced by requiring a photo which could then be displayed to your operator at time of authentication (for high value tickets or high security environments.)

The Fasteticket software comes with built in CRM (Customer Relationship Manage-ment ) which allows you to manage and build a personalised customer database, that permits you to:

The task was to create a new logo that had a professional inviting look, while incorporating brand guidelines and colours. Diageo still wanted certain elements from the old logo incorporated into the redesign of the logo. I arranged the colours and the symbols in a layered form to make the logo stand out.

The client wanted me to revamp their logo, but still wanted to incorporate aspects from the original logo design. Instead of the triangle representing ‘and’ I used a large ampersand, which made the logo more understandable. Also I gave a tag line underneath the logo so it is easily identifiable to what the company does.

I created the banners for an event Unique World was having in London. I used bold imagery to catch the viewers’ eye, and a short slogan explaining what the company has to offer. I arranged the text and the images so the viewers’ would take the information in order, images first written information second.

The task was to create a sister website for Brightside Print & Design, which would focus more on the design area of the business, and attract new clients’. I created a simple template so cilents’ could easily navigate throughout the website. I used bold colours and imagery to pull focus on important information.

This was a joint client brief, the aim was to brand a UK toy company that manufactures and distributes toys. Our target audience were children between 2 - 6 years old. The name Rainbob is the companies name, and is conveyed in a fun and exciting way to attract both children and adults. For the packaging and other materials I used the brand colours minimally as to not overcrowd the design.

This project was based around the promotion of renewable energy sources. My goal was to express the different sources of power through stamps. These series of stamps that have images of renewable energy within the queens head, conveys the message that the queen is all for renewable energy.

I like to collect ephemera when I am out on the street. This lead me to the idea of collecting leaves to use as ephemera, which would document where I have been. As I walked down different street I collected discarded leaves off the floor. The experiment was meant to show how leaves can give information about an area they originated form, weather by shape, size, colour or texture.
