Article 81 (Penalties for sending items prohibited as mail) 　When there is a violation of the stipulations in Article 12, persons who have committed the violation shall be punished by fines of not more than ¥500,000 and of confiscation of such items sent by mail.

Civil Aeronautics ActArticle 86 Any item that has explosive of flammable properties or that may harm other persons, or that may damage other items, including items stipulated in the Ordinances of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism shall not be transported by aircraft.2 No person shall bring any of the items listed in the preceding paragraph onto the aircraft.Article 150 Persons who fall under any of the following items shall be punished by fines of not more than ¥500,000.1-5 (Omitted)6 Persons who bring items onto aircraft in violation of the stipulations under Article 86, Item 2 under Item 1 of the Article.7-10 (Omitted)

Dangerous goods refers to items stipulated by relevant aviation laws and regulations that may endanger the safe operation of aircraft or pose a danger to the aircraft/airport facilities, and items that may pose a hazard to the health of passengers, crew, or airport employees.
