Meditate and ponder upon these scriptures in your heart and then pray the prayer below.

Ephesians 1:18:

Pray that the eyes of your understanding would become enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.

Lesson One – Part Two - Angels and Taking the Kingdom by Force

Scripture:

Matthew 11:12; And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence,

and the violent take it by force.

Prayer of Preparation-Pray this prayer out loud:

“Father, in the might name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I ask you today to send the Holy Spirit to guide

me and to teach me about your kingdom. Lord I am asking You for understanding and wisdom about You

and your kingdom. I am asking for Your good gifts, and Lord, I am asking that you would begin to reveal

the ‘hidden mysteries’ of your kingdom to me, reveal them to my spirit.”

“Lord, I ask that you open my eyes to see, and open my mind to comprehend what your Word really says

and reveals to me in this hour. Lord, I ask that you would open the eyes of my understanding and the

eyes of my spirit man or heart. Lord, I cover myself in the blood of Jesus, and I ask for Your forgiveness.

Lord, forgive me for any area in my spirit, mind, or heart that been unacceptable in your sight. Lord

forgive my unbelief, and help me to believe and to understand the reality of what Your Word truly says,

and not what I think that it is supposed to say.”

“Lord, I thank you that the kingdom of heaven is already within me. Lord, I ask you to help me to

understand that your kingdom is a supernatural place, and that I am already a citizen of light. I am your

child, and I ask you, Father, that you would give me your good gifts today. Lord, I as for wisdom and

understanding, and I thank you for the revelation that you are going to release to me about your

kingdom and the angels that are within Your created realm. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.”

The Greek word used here for 'serve' Strong's Greek Concordance # G1248, can be translated as: to be

in attendance to an individual (like a servant); to offer aid, or an (official) service, or to help one by giving

or ministering aid, relief, or a needed service.

Strong’s Greek Reference #1849. exousia exousia, ex-oo-see'-ah; is defined as (the sense of ability);

privilege, i.e. (subjectively) force, capacity, competency, freedom, or (objectively) mastery (concretely,

magistrate, superhuman, potentate, token of control), delegated influence:--authority, jurisdiction,

liberty, power, right, strength.

I have prayed this specific apostolic prayer almost daily for over a decade as of this writing. I believe that

it is a key that can also help you unlock the heavenly realms for you too.

Angels And The Gift Of Discerning Of Spirits

The definition of Pneuma.

Pneuma. This word is translated in Strong’s Greek concordance reference 4151 as; a current of air,

breath, the spirit of God, Christ's Spirit or the Holy Spirit, a spirit, or an angel of demon.

Pneuma is also the same word used for ministering spirits in Hebrews 1: 13,14.

Hebrews 1: 13, 14;

Amplified version: Are not angels all ministering spirits (servants) sent out in the service [of God for the

assistance] of those who are to inherit salvation. Angels are sent to serve.

Notice that the scripture says angels are sent forth to minister for not to, this gives this passage a

whole new meaning. Most people assume that this scripture says minister to, not minister for.

The definition of discerning of spirits: The ability to discern or recognize beings, (good or evil), from

the spiritual realm. It is The God given supernatural insight into the Spirit world – literally being given

(as The Holy Spirit wills) the ability to see & hear and understand information in the realm of Spirits.

Remember that learning to perceive angelic activity can be a process.

Saints, the Bible says that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord (2 Corinthians 5:8). I

thank God that my mother is present with the Lord now. Perhaps you don’t know Jesus as your Savior;

but you can. Find a Bible and read the Book of Romans chapter 10. It says that if we believe in our heart

that Jesus is the Son of God and we confess that with our mouth—if we say it out loud, we will be saved

(v. 9). My prayer is that you will be saved. My prayer is that we will spend eternity together in paradise

Prayer of Transformation

Lord, Your word teaches that if anyone is Christ he becomes a new creation. Lord, I choose to commit my

ways to You right now. I choose to be in Christ. And Father, I am asking You to release and activate a

supernatural transformation in my life and circumstances. Lord, take me from the darkness and translate

me into the Kingdom of Your Son and into Your Kingdom of Light. Ignite a supernatural transformation in

my life and set a heavenly fire deep down in my soul. Transform me into the very image of your beloved

Epilog - Jesus and Angelic Ministry – Scriptural Study Guide

I want to suggest that you take some time and look and study God's anointed work in reference to

angelic ministry in the life of Jesus. Jesus often referred to angelic ministry, and taught, and prophesied

about God's angels more than He taught on some of our most important pillars of faith, such as prayer

and fasting!

Set some time aside and do a full word study of the aspects of Jesus's life and teachings on angels as

outlined below.

For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named. And I ask You, Lord, that You would grant unto me according to the riches of His glory, that I may be strengthened with might through Your Spirit in my soul and inner man. Lord, if You are real, then I want to see You. I want to experience Your love and glory first hand. Lord, I want to be like that guy called Saul in Acts 9. Yes, Lord! Let a light from heaven shine upon me! Jesus, come and speak to me Face-to-face, like a man does to a friend. Jesus, if You are real, then I want You to come and visit me. I want to be knocked off of my horse. I want you to appear to me like You appeared to that dude Saul. Show me a light from heaven! Reveal Yourself to me, Jesus. Let me be knocked off of my high horse! Let me have to get up from the road picking gravel from between my teeth. Lord, anoint and empower some guy like Ananias to come and lay his hands upon me that I might may receive my sight and have my spiritual vision activated! O Lord, that I might be filled with the fullness of Your Holy Spirit. Open my eyes to see You, Lord Jesus. Open my ears to hear You speak to me, my God! Help me to see and hear in a new and supernatural way. In Jesus name I pray. Amen!

Prayer to See and Hear in a New Way

Father, Your word says that the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophesy. So, Lord, I ask You now to begin to help me to see in a new way. Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ, I ask You, Father, that I would begin to hear in a new way. Holy Spirit, I ask for You to guide and to teach me today. Father, in Jesus’ name I ask that You grant to Your servant boldness to see and hear the way that You want me to see and hear. It is right in Your sight, O God, to listen and to hear You more clearly rather than listen to the doctrine of man. Father, today in the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I ask You, Lord, that You would search my heart. Against You, You only, O Lord, have I sinned, and done evil in Your sight. Lord, may You be found just when You speak and blameless when You judge me, O God.

You are a merciful God. Remember, O Lord, that I was brought forth in iniquity and in sin my mother conceived me. Reveal Your truth and Your nature in my inward parts, and in the hidden parts may You allow me to know wisdom. Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean. Wash me with the blood of Jesus and I shall be whiter than snow. Make me hear with joy and gladness that even my bones may rejoice in You alone, Lord. Hide Your face from my sins, and blot out all my iniquities. And I pray in the name of Jesus that You would create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Cast me not away from Your presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Keys to activate angelic ministry in your life

Quickly here are 14 keys to help you rend and maintain an open heaven over your life & discern angelic

activity:

1. Prayer. Ask God. We need to live a lifestyle of ceaseless prayer (Matthew 21:22, Mark 11:24, John

14:13, John 16:23).

2. Repentance. We need to live a lifestyle of repentance (Luke 3:21, 22, Matthew 4:17, Acts 2:38,

Revelation 3:19).

3. Communion or Friendship with God. We need to live a lifestyle of intimacy with the Lord (2

Corinthians 13:14).

4. Fasting. We need to emulate Christ's model (Luke 4:2- in those days He ate nothing).

5. Hearing God. We need to cultivate the ability to hear the Lord at all times (John 10:27, Psalm 32:8,

John 16:13-15- My sheep hear My voice).

6. Obeying the Lord. We need to live a lifestyle of total obedience (John 5:19,20, 1 Samuel 15:22- To

obey is better than sacrifice,).

7. Exercise your spiritual senses. We need to live our lives in the Spirit every day (Hebrews 5:14- By

reason of use have your senses exercised to discern).

8. Seek the Kingdom of Heaven. We need to seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness first

(Matthew 6:33, Luke 12:31, Colossians 3:1- Seek Christ’s Kingdom 1st).

9. Take the Kingdom of Heaven by force. At times we need to seek the Kingdom of God with violence

(Matthew 11:12- The Kingdom suffers violence).

10. Focus our minds upon Christ and His Kingdom. We need to focus on the Lord at all times (Isaiah

26:3- God will keep you in perfect peace).

11. Seek to renew our minds. We need to earnestly seek to have our mindsets transformed from a

carnal or worldly mindset into a Christ-like or heavenly mindset (Romans 12:2- Renew your mind with

God’s Word).

12. Invest time studying God's Word. We need to live a lifestyle of devotion and hide God’s Word in our

hearts every day (2 Timothy 2:15 - Rightly dividing the word of truth).

13. Hiddenness. We need to be open to the Holy Spirit’s leading and embrace and obey His leading to

enter into a 'wilderness' or hiddenness experience (Exodus 3:1).

14. Proclamations & Decrees of God’s Word Begin to speak the promises in God's Word over your life

and circumstances- This activates of enable God’s angels to work on your behalf. (Job 22:28, Proverbs

18:21, Matthew 15:18). These keys can help you to start the process of rending the heavens over your

life. However, you must take the first step.

You must purpose in your spirit to seek the Lord with all of your heart. You must follow the example of

Christ and practice a lifestyle of prayer and fasting. Don't forget to include daily devotions, separation,

consecration, and repentance. Finally, the most basic thing that you can do is to ask the Lord for His will

and His plan to open the heavens over your life. Then you will need to be obedient to the Holy Spirit. Let

the cry of our hearts be, "Oh, that You would rend the heavens, and come down!"
