Strength and Tone: This class is for you if you are looking to tone your legs, core and arms while keeping your heart rate up. We will be focusing on proper form and muscle engagement to build a strong foundation to your forever home (aka your body)! Your hard work will be rewarded by ending this class with a small unwinding to let go of all the stress that you built through the day J Dance Fusion: In this fun, high energy dance class, you will burn fat and build muscle to the beat of pop, rock, and electronic. This aerobic workout, open to all levels of experience, merges popular styles of dance including hip hop, Latin, bhangra, jazz, and many more, to create a cardio-centric dance party! Yoga for Relaxation is a slow flow Vinyasa sequence to support stress reduction and rebalance body and mind. Yoga for Fitness, a challenging flow class to enhance fitness, improve circulation and build energy. *Both yoga classes will end with a traditional Shavasana meditation to allow the benefits of yoga to settle into the body. Vinyasa flow yoga: This class will focus on deep stretching and faster Vinyasa Flow. You should know basic poses and be ready for a challenge. You will be guided through a multi-tempo practice with the intention of integrating your mind, body and spirit. OHM in! UMB Whipped: This dynamic class starts off focusing on strength training and high intensity workout training. A typical workout will have 5 exercises in a row combined with 2 minutes of cardio. You will be professionally instructed on how to use kettlebells, slam balls, ropes, and dumbbells. For example: A1) Medicine ball chest pass, A2) Kettlebell Deadlift, 4 rounds of 45 seconds each of, Squat press, TRX Row combo, Reverse lunge and slam, Sumo Deadlift high pull, Jump Rope (90 sec) Butts and Guts: Summer bodies are made in the winter! Take the butts and guts specific class at the BFC! This class will focus on strengthening your full body, focusing on your glutes, thighs, and core. Core and Cardio: This full body class incorporates elements of HIIT, dynamic movement, and cardio (think burpees, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, side shuffles, and squat jumps). You will sculpt and tone your upper body, lower body, and abdominals with a variety of fitness tools. Absolution: This 30 minute class will leave your abs worked! Train with Kyle who will offer creative variations of planks, v-ups, pushups, and sit ups. Weights will be needed between 2-10lbs. If you want a stronger core mixed in with some arms then this class is for you.
