News from Danice Publisher: Danice Page 1 of 8 Dan Ice World 34 th Issue – October 2015 Dear colleague, In this issue of our newsletter, we have some very exciting news for you. As to the trends of raw materials, we have seen the price of wooden sticks stabilizing at the lower levels and availability is good. Skim milk powder is another story. The last 3 months we have seen so big fluctuations that have never been experienced in the history. We have seen prices falling by up to 40 - 45% within 3 weeks (although there were no sellers at these prices!) and then going up again with the same amount within 2 - 3 weeks. Today, the price is somewhere around 2200 EUR, but fluctuations are definitely not excluded. However, more and more buyers seem to realize further downside opportunity is little to none, and some- where in the coming 6 months we might see a slowdown in milk production as current commodity prices are still well below cost price... In terms of new products from Danice we do have lots of news that you will see below... However, I would specially highlight our new News from Danice Publisher: Danice Page 2 of 8 packaging line within mould labelling (IML) that we offer at a very reasonable price level… Please see below the picture of our new packaging line. Furthermore, we have expanded our operation into the dairy pro- ducts: yoghurt, drinking yoghurt, cream cheese, breakfast cream etc... We have developed some low cost recipes, especially for those of you whose equipments stand idle for the winter season! Some of our dairy products can be produced on the already exist- ing lines at many customers’ site! And that is very exciting news... Please feel free to share your interests and comments with us… Enjoy reading! Kind regards - Cameron Skandarioon New Products Our new packaging line within mould labelling (IML)

Dan Ice World 34th Issue – October 2015 Dear colleague, In this issue of our newsletter, we have some very exciting news for you.

However, more and more buyers seem to realize further downside opportunity is little to none, and some-where in the coming 6 months we might see a slowdown in milk production as current commodity prices are still well below cost price... In terms of new products from Danice we do have lots of news that you will see below... However, I would specially highlight our new

Furthermore, we have expanded our operation into the dairy pro-ducts: yoghurt, drinking yoghurt, cream cheese, breakfast cream etc... We have developed some low cost recipes, especially for those of you whose equipments stand idle for the winter season! - Cameron Skandarioon Status on our Ice Cream Product Development Centre The rebuilding and upgrade of the Ice Cream Product Develop-ment Centre (IPDC) is now nearly completed, and the Ice Cream equipment used for the various tests is being installed.

The equipment, to be installed permanently in the new enlarged process area, com-prises a Mix Prepara-tion Unit, a selection of Tetra Pak Con-tinuous Freezers and Ingredient Dozers of the newest genera-tion and an Extrusion work table. In addition to this, the PDC has a large range of equipment

for tests within freezing, filling, extrusion and moulding, which can fulfil requests for almost any test setup. Now, it is possible for our customers to utilize the PDC by making tests on new recipes, test various solutions on our equipments, or in cooperation with Dance and our Ice Cream Academy to initiate a product development.

That is what we read from the graph below…. A good advice is to cover the season on time be-fore prices go higher.

Some of the analysts, working on the oil market, have some posi-tive view on the coming months. As one analyst puts it: “Palm oil is a reminder that there are still opportunities for commod-ity bulls with a 19% advance. The world’s most-used edible oil capped the biggest advance since 2009 last month, surging into a bull market after entering a bear market just a month earlier, as the strongest El Nino in almost two decades threatens to parch crops in Southeast Asia.” Furthermore it is expected that the “Production may decline in the first and second quarters of 2016 as the moisture deficit from El Nino and a low yielding period from January start to affect crops, according to Dorab Mistry, director at Godrej Industries Ltd.

Looking at the graph on the previous page, we do foresee higher prices. Discuss your forecasts with us! For those who do not want to speculate in the oil market, we have the possibility to make con-tracts at locked on prices. If you are interested, please contact your sales managers at Danice.
