Like a string on the finger, these bracelets are talismans togive you "just a little" extra support in your pursuit of theGreat Work. These bracelets are designed by Dale Pendell toinvoke specific and particular energies. In the past, such anenergy or resonance, when especially powerful, was oftencalled a god, or a goddess, and given a name. Theseelemental presences were recognized to be associated withparticular places, such as a certain spring or tree, or withcertain harmonies of color and pattern.

Custom bracelets are available with consultation.Coordination with lunar phases and planetary transits can

often be accommodated by special arrangement. Pricesrange from ninety to two hundred dollars.

Sizing: measure wrist with a tailor's tape, at the wrist bone,and include your preference for snug or loose fit.



The Salt Goddess

Jadeite is precious to the salt goddess. In some places, heroic journeys were made to obtain salt, and it was through suchacts of heroism that one obtained songs. And dreams ofpower.

The Great Bay

There is a broad inland sea, a "great bay" too wide to seeacross. The tops of a few electrical pylons still poke through

the surface of the water. Outrigger canoes with sails wovenfrom palm fronds use them as moorings.

Designed to help me finish a book of poems on fire. It alsoreminds me of a card-woven yarn belt that my motherowned, that I thought was the most beautiful thing I'd everseen. I'd sneak into her bedroom and open a drawer in herchest just to peek a look at it. She never wore it.

Western Fence Lizard (Blue-belly)

Specifically as an amulet for Lyme's disease. Blue-bellies arenot only immune to the spirochete, but cleanse the ticks thatfeed on them. The fence swift is thought to be one of thereasons that Lyme's is far less prevalent in the West, wherethese lizards are common. Not to be worn in lieu of medicalattention.
