FROZEN PIZZA BASE• Our pizzas and focaccia are stretched manually, so the consistency of the dough remains intact and the border of the pizza base results in

an “artisanal” and “ irregular” look, such as to resemble traditional pizza that is served in Italian pizzerias.• Using only flour with high protein content from our production facilities, the dough sits for 24 hours with a natural sourdough yeast. After

A full-bodied red, incredibly dynamic wine that is charming and almost exciting to the palate, creating many sensations in the mouth that remains to the end. IGT Terre degli Osci (Rosso) - Vol. 13,5% A wine consisting of beautiful complex flavors and aroma, obtained by converting pure Montepulciano grapes; A deep ruby red color, with hints of ripe wild berries, round and strong but harmonious, characteristics that places this wine in first place for Molise’s inland cuisine.

IGT Terre degli Osci (Bianco) - Vol. 13,5% A fresh and intriguing wine made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, with a pleasant straw yellow hue and slight hints of green. A fine and elegant blend, with a distinct fruity-floral fragrance, are an expression of the full combination of the two grapes, which make it a versatile wine for appetizers to pastas dishes from a fish or white meat base.

Falanghina del Molise (Bianco) - Vol.13,5% Full and mellow, it extends on the palate harmoniously, in a marriage of power and softness, without forgetting the freshness... with a delicate hint of vanilla which puts it at the height of the nobles. A wine of great aromatic complexity, obtained from a careful selection of valuable Falanghina grapes, and enhanced with shellfish, soups and seafood risotto.

Molise Rosso DOC (Rosso) - Vol.14% Wine of great structure, obtained from a careful selection of “Montepulciano” grapes. The ruby color of great intensity, gives more brightness to others of the same type. It presents an exuberant fruity and spicy blend; the taste is strong and intense, very fine and smooth, with a positive evolution over the years. Is best combined with fatty meats, game, red meats and cheeses.
