Please note that the C-Class sedan on offer within the tender document is the new,

W204 C-Class, which is scheduled for launch during the 3rd quarter of 2007. As we

haven't received the specifications on the new model range, we have used the existing

specifications of the current C-Class for the tender. The B170 is also currently

unavailable for retail, but will shortly become accessible. Please note that the attached

brochures therefore do not include information on the new C-Class Sedan and B170.

2007 tender period. The 2.8 TDi Rodeo 4x2 will be available in small quantities until the

end of 2007, whilst the 3.01 Rodeo 4x4 will be available until approximately mid-year

2007.

The gearshift lever for both the Vito and Sprinter is located in the dash and which do

not provide for the installation of gear locks.

6. MIRCODOT (DataDot Technology Ltd) OF VEHICLES ORDERED FROM THE RT57-2006 CONTRACT

DairnlerChrysler SA will arrange for DataDot Technology to apply microdots to

vehicles ordered from the RT57-2007 contract at an additional cost of R 995.00

inclusive of VAT.

7. SPECIAL CONDITIONS - EMERGENCY VEHICLES

All the required documentation required will be issued with each vehicle

delivered to the end user.

Our warranty conditions as per the warranty booklet supplied with each vehicle

will apply to emergency vehicles.

DCSA has selected a number of body builders to carry out conversions on our

products and will select a body builder in consultation with the end user.

However, DCSA reserves the right to have the conversion done by a converter

best suitable to ensure production capacity, quality, compliance to tender and

DCSA specifications, after sales service and any other reason deemed

necessary at the time of placing the orders.

DCSA offers the same price for the conversions offered no matter which body

builder is selected.

The converters of ambulance and command vehicles will provide an on-site

repair service within reason and depending on the extent of the daniage /

failure, while the vehicle is under the 12 month warranty.

DCSA will insist that the proto-type must be signed off be the end user upon

completion for any batch orders. We would also request that the end user

would inspect the vehicle at the converter within three (3) working days upon

receipt of notification, either from the converter or DCSA.
