WIRAS-III is Digital Wireless Interior Communication System.

WIRAS-III has been designed to allow wireless communications for the ship’s crew to communicate with each

other everywhere inside or outside of the naval ship.

It provides inter-operability with a VoIP telephone system and a Auto Telephone System depending on system

configurations.

In addition, WIRAS-III(A) provides interoperable interfaces with an Integrated Communication System(ICS),

Announcing System and Shipboard Telephone System.

What is WIRAS-III?

WICS is intercom wireless communication system and used for well operation of ship and

emergency situation.

• Optimized support system for ship operation is provided.

• In the event of disaster, The intercom wireless system that is reliable and operate immediately for the area of the vessel is provided.

• Mobile communication that is without shadowing area in the ship is provided.

• Standard system that is easy to maintain for long term operation is provided.

• In case of shut off main power by emergency situation, It can be operated for a certain time.

• It meet the MIL_STD such as vibration, shock and EMC.
