User Manual For Viewing of Offers after Tender Opening.

1. Open the URL https://etenders.dpsdae.gov.in. Enter

your Login details and then click on Login.

2. The Below screen will appear to select your Sign/Verification

DSC.

3. Select the Sign/Verification DSC and then click on “ok”.

4. The Dashboard screen will appear with Live Tenders, Click on

“Completed Tenders” Tab to check with Opened Tenders. The

list of tenders which are opened and in which you have

participated will appear.

5. Click on “View Report” to view the offers by other bidders.

6. The below screen will appear with the price bid template and

the Name of the company.

7. Click on the HTML report to view the details quoted by other

bidders. The price bid of the bidders can be viewed.
