Steve Skidmore graduated from the US Air Force Academy in 1976. He was an US Air Force pilot from 1977 until 1982.

Steve has more than twenty years of real estate experience in public and private sectors. Currently he works as Program Manager for Site Acquisition, Historic Preservation, and Urban

Development in the Greater Southwest Region for GSA.

Steve is married to Maureen and is the proud father of two children.

Mr. Truitt has 28 years of experience in the development and acquisition of quality office, hotel and multifamily real estate.

Jim is the Texas Regional Partner for Forest City Residential Group, a subsidiary of Forest City Enterprises, Inc., an $8 billion dollar publicly-traded real estate company based in Cleveland,

Ohio. The Residential Group owns approximately 37,000 multifamily apartment homes. Jim’s current projects include the redevelopment of the Mercantile Bank Building and three adjacent blocks in Downtown, Dallas.

Jim worked for JPI Partners for 14 years, where in 1995 he started the Student Housing Division. While there JPI developed approximately $1.0 billion of student apartments on 32 campuses.

Jim began his career working for Southland Financial Corporation, the developer of Las Colinas. During that time some of the projects he developed included San Jacinto Center in Austin, Texas, The Four Seasons Resort and Club in Irving, Texas, the Mandalay Four Seasons Hotel in Irving, Texas and the refurbishment of the Dallas Sheraton Hotel.

A graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. in Finance, Jim also earned a Master’s of Business Administration at the University of Texas.

JIM TRUITT

Since September 2006, Jim Wood has been working with DowntownDallas on a variety of transportation, planning and development issues.

Jim retired from the City of Dallas Texas after working there since August, 1982. His last assignment was Assistant Director, Office of

Economic Development which involved promoting and coordinating economic development projects downtown.

Previous responsibilities in the City of Dallas included executive assignments in the departments of: Street Services, Sanitation Services, Code Enforcement Services, Public Works and Transportation, Development Services, and Environmental and Health Services.

In 1971, Jim received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. In 1975, he received his Master of Public Administration, also from Texas Tech University.

Jim is married and has a married daughter and son-in-law.

JIM WOOD

Kirby D. White joined Crescent Real Estate Equities, Ltd. in 1997 and serves as Director of Leasing for Crescent’s downtown Dallas office buildings. Since joining Crescent, Mr. White has directed the leasing activity of approximately four million square feet in three of Dallas’ premier properties: Fountain Place, Trammell Crow Center, and Bank One Center.

RON WHITEHEADRon started his career in municipal government in 1971 after graduating with a degree in Government from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. He received a Master Degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas. Ron served as the Administrative Assistant to the City Manager in Irving, Texas and in 1977,

he became the Assistant City Manager for Administration. Ron was promoted to the Assistant City Manager, responsible for general supervisory functions in October of 1981.

In June of 1982, he accepted the position of City Manager of Addison. Ron has seen Addison grow from a small community to a bustling business center over the last 24 years. Various groups have recognized him for his service to the profession, including the International City Management Association (ICMA) for over 35 years of service, and the Texas City Management Association that presented him with their 2006 Life Time Achievement Award.

Ron’s wife, Donna, is an elementary school art teacher, they have two daughters, and are very involved in their church and various civic groups.

Dan Blizzard is Executive Vice President/Real Estate for Belo Investment Corporation and Vice President/Operations for Belo Corp., having held the latter position since January 1, 2001. He is responsible for real estate, local government relations, strategic sourcing, security and corporate services.

Blizzard joined Belo in May 1999 as director of procurement for the Company’s flagship newspaper, The Dallas Morning News.

Blizzard is Chairman of the DowntownDallas board of directors and serves on the Downtown Connection TIF board, the Downtown Dallas Development Authority board, the City Center TIF board and the City Plan Commission Urban Design Advisory Committee. He was an Ex Officio member of the Inside the Loop Committee and a member of the support staff for the Downtown Parks Master Plan Steering Committee and the Comprehensive CBD Transportation Study Steering Committee. He is a former board member of the Downtown Partnership and the D/FW Minority Business Council.

Blizzard and his wife, Helaine, live in Dallas and have one child.

DAN BLIZZARD

Tracy has been Executive Director of the Uptown Public Improvement District for almost ten years. UPID uses a special assessment on owners to fund dozens of public services and improvements, including the McKinney Avenue Trolley (which Tracy rides frequently). Prior to UPID, Tracy worked for the City of Dallas for 13

years. He holds a graduate degree in public administration, and is in mourning as his oldest daughter leaves for college.

TRACY CURTS

John Chilton is the Area Manager—Planning/Design & Construction for AT&T Corporate Real Estate. He is a native Texan and moved to Dallas in 1950. After graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from UT Austin in 1971, he relocated to the DFW area in 1972 with his wife Carol. Mr. Chilton worked for private architectural firms in Dallas and

Fort Worth before joining Southwestern Bell Telephone Company’s (SWBT) corporate real estate department in 1978.

In the late 1970’s SWBT’s senior management recognized the importance of maintaining a strong presence in the CBD. The company purchased two additional blocks in downtown Dallas.

Mr. Chilton had the privilege to serve as SWBT’s project manager throughout the construction of the new Texas headquarters complex, which commenced with the demolition of the Baker Hotel in June 1980 and ended with the grand opening of Bell Plaza in September 1984. With occupancy figures of approximately 3,600 downtown employees, AT&T continues to be a major player in the growth and enhanced vitality of downtown Dallas.

Mr. Chilton is the General Manager for Cushman & Wakefield at Bank of America Plaza. He has been on property as the General Manger since 1998 and has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 1996. Mr. Chilton attended the University of Texas at Austin. He started his career in public accounting with Arthur Young. Mr. Chilton is a certified public accountant and has worked in real estate since 1983. He is married with five children, resides in Castle Hills and plays golf as often as he can.

Adam Bernhardt joined Stream Realty Partners in 2006 as General Manager of Chase Tower a 1.3 million square foot, 55-story office tower in downtown Dallas. Adam has more than 10 years of experience in property management.

Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners, Adam worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and Hines.

Mr. Bernhardt received a degree in Business Administration from Midwestern State University and is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson. He is also a Member of Dallas BOMA and served as Chair of Dallas BOMA Social Activities Committee in 2004.

for Mayor Miller’s two downtown committees.

Connie Pruett attended Odessa College in Odessa, Texas and Northlake College in Irving, Texas. She holds RPA and CPM designations.

She is a native of Texas and has over 20 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate field, serving 10 years at Lincoln Plaza. She holds a Texas Real Estate Salesman License, and has

co-chaired the President’s position for the Central Business District (CBD) Manager’s Association and serves on the IREM Community Outreach Committee.

She is married and resides in Carrollton, Texas. When time allows, she plays the piano and travels.

She commutes to work via the DART system.

CONNIE PRUETT

Jon Ruff, Senior Vice President of Spire Realty Group, LP, is responsible for the majority of the company’s negotiations in acquisition, disposition, leasing and management and oversees $375 million worth of real estate in Dallas and Austin. Ruff joined Spire Realty Group in 2000 as assistant vice president and has been a vital contributor as the company has grown.

A licensed real estate agent, Ruff has played a major role in Spire’s commitment to enhancing downtown Dallas.

Actively involved in Dallas affairs, Ruff is a member of the Real Estate Council, sits on the DowntownDallas Board of Directors and on several DowntownDallas committees including, Downtown Improvement District (D.I.D.), an organization dedicated to making downtown a cleaner, safe environment, Downtown Round-up, a program working to further beautify downtown, and Dallas Momentum, a group leading an effort to bring new businesses to Dallas.

Jon was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He attended Trinity University in San Antonio. After graduation, Jon returned to Dallas to work in the commercial real estate industry. He is married, has a two-year-old daughter and is expecting another child in the fall of 2007.

Mike Rawlings joined CIC Partners LP in 2004 as Managing Partner. CIC Partners is a Dallas private equity fund with a 25-year heritage of investing in over 40 companies with combined revenues of $2.5 billion.

Mr. Rawlings served as President and Chief Concept Officer for Dallas-based Pizza Hut, Inc.,

the largest pizza chain in the world, from June 1997 until January 2003. During this time, he directed a major turnaround in the company’s business, resulting in the then highest weekly same store sales in Pizza Hut history with system sales over $5 billion.

Before joining Pizza Hut, Mr. Rawlings had a successful career in marketing as CEO of Tracy-Locke. During his tenure as CEO he built the DDB Dallas Group, a multi-agency marketing communications company owned by Omnicom.

Among his many civic duties Mike is the City of Dallas Homeless Czar, a position that was appointed by the Mayor, and is the incoming Chairman for the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau. He is on the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and is an active lecturer at many universities as well as an adjunct professor at SMU. Mike and his wife Micki have two children and live in Dallas.

Alejandrina Drew has been General Manager for the Latino Cultural Center for the City of Dallas since September 29, 2004. She is responsible for the overall management of the center and charged with the mission to preserve, nurture and develop the Latino arts and culture in the Dallas region. She served as Director for the City of

El Paso Arts and Culture department from 1987 to 2004.

Ms. Drew is a member of several professional organizations and serves on the board of the Mid-America Arts Alliance. She is a past board member of the Association for the Performing Arts Presenters. Additionally, she has served as panelist for the National Endowment for the Arts, Texas Commission on the Arts, and the Mid-America Arts Alliance.

Ms. Drew was selected Teacher of the Year by the El Paso Independent School District in 1979. She was also selected from 62,000 nominations as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Women of America in 1980, and is a recipient of the Women of Influence Award, presented by the El Paso Chapter of the National Council of Jewish Women in 1999.

She holds a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Creative Writing and a Master of Arts Degree in Spanish (Hispano-American Literature and Applied English Linguistics).

He received his Ed.D. from Auburn University, his M.B.A. from Indiana University. He has also been named an Honorary Doctor of Humanities from Dallas Baptist University. He has served as President of El Centro College and Bishop College in Dallas and President of Schenectady

County Community College in New York. Dr. Lassiter, Jr. is currently serving as:

• National Advisory Council to the National Endowment for the Humanities (presidential appointment)

DR. WRIGHT L. LASSITER, JR.

Bill Lively is the founding President and CEO of the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts, a position to which he was appointed in 2000. Mr. Lively is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts and the campaign to raise $275 million to design, construct and equip the venues that

compose the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts, which will open in 2009.

From 1998 to 2000 Mr. Lively served as President and CEO of Up With People, a thirty-five year-old multicultural leadership program headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Lively re-engineered Up With People’s world-wide management infrastructure and raised $8 million in new gift income supporting Up With People’s world-wide operations. He was also the Executive Producer of Up With People’s international musical production that was performed before more than 500,000 people in eighty nations.

Prior to his position with Up With People, Mr. Lively spent 25 years on the faculty and in the administration of Southern Methodist University, serving the last seven years as the University’s Vice President for Development, Public Affairs, Alumni Relations and Lecture Programs. In addition to his work at SMU, Mr. Lively also spent twenty-three years in service to the Dallas Cowboys and the National Football League.

A native Texan, Bill Lively was raised and educated in Dallas. In his spare time Mr. Lively is an avid mountain climber. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Mickey.

BILL LIVELYTom Garcia is currently Managing Director of The Adolphus in downtown Dallas.

Mr. Garcia, whose hospitality career spans twenty-five years, has managed hotels and resorts throughout North America and the Caribbean. He has managed a variety of property types including large convention hotels, resorts and boutique properties.

His interests lie in youth, sports, coaching, baseball, basketball and soccer. He is married and has three energetic, young sons.

Active in the Dallas downtown community, Mr. Garcia has served as President of the Hotel Association of Greater Dallas from 2005 to the present. He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Frisco Convention and Visitors Bureau, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Downtown Dallas Association.

Mr. Hixson is the Vice President of Westdale Asset Management.

CHUCK HIXSON

Mr. Kirkpatrick graduated from North Texas State University in Denton, Texas, 1965, and received his M.S. from the same college in 1975.

He worked at the Garland Division of LTV Electrosystems and as Director of Engineering at Delta Manufacturing and Engineering Corp. in Dallas before starting his own business–

Kirkpatrick Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a/ Hotsy Equipment Co. in 1978. He started another business under the same corporate name, d/b/a Keitronics until 2005 when he became General Secretary and building manager at the Dallas Scottish Rite Cathedral.

Mr. Kirkpatrick is currently serving as a member of the Richardson Masonic Lodge #1214. He is also a member of the Hella Black Horse Patrol Equestrian Drill Team and was the Potentate (President) of Hella Shrine Temple 1999 during which he hosted the Shrine of North America’s Imperial Council Session in Dallas.

Mr. Kirkpatrick has also been a member of Dallas Scottish Rite Bodies since 1980, and a member of the Chef’s Committee since 1991. He received the Rank and Decoration of a Knight Commander of the Court of Honour in 2001.

In 2007, Mr. Kirkpatrick was honored by the Rotary Clubs of District 5810 with a Paul Harris Fellowship, and has been elected to receive the highest rank in the Scottish Rite, the 33rd degree.

ED KIRKPATRICK

Jack Matthews has led the completion of many diverse projects, in both corporate and the mixed use developments. His experience and mastery of all aspects of development—from feasibility to long-term financing—helps to create value at all stages in the development process.

He founded Matthews Southwest in 1988. Prior to this, he worked in the family business, Matthews Group Ltd., beginning in 1982. This construction and development company produced up to $500 million a year in revenues.

Paxport International was the consortium that was awarded the $4 Billion Federal contract to privatize and redevelop Pearson International Airport in 1993. Jack served as Chief Executive Officer of the company between 1991 and 1993 in Toronto, Canada.

Jack’s greatest strength is his ability to assemble and complete complex projects that include hidden opportunities for value creation. He routinely finds under-utilized re-development sites, structures leveraged financing very skillfully, and manages the civic implications of urban re-development.

JACK MATTHEWS

REV. ELZIE ODOM, JR.Rev. Odom is an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church. He currently serves as Senior Pastor of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Dallas.

Rev. Odom received his Master of Divinity degree from Brite Divinity School, and is currently pursuing his doctoral studies at Austin

Presbyterian Theological Seminary.

Rev. Odom was employed by IBM for 27 years, and by Xerox Corporation for 2 years. Recently, Rev. Odom has served the Greater Dallas Community of Churches as Executive Director for over three years. In addition, Rev. Odom is an adjunct faculty member at Brookhaven College in Farmers Branch, Texas where he is professor of World Religions.

Among other accomplishments, Rev. Odom has also served:

• as Founding/organizing Co-Pastor of New Jerusalem United Methodist Church in Lewisville, Texas

• as Founding Pastor of Pleasant Grove Fellowship United Methodist Church in Dallas

• on The United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Inc. Board of Directors

• on the Superintendent's Advisory Committee of the Dallas Independent School District

• as Chairperson of the Pastoral Care Advisory Committee of the Children's Hospital

• on the African American Pastors' Coalition

Rev. Elzie D. Odom, Jr. is a native Texan. He has been married to the Rev Dr. Janet Bell Odom for thirty-one years and resides in Dallas.

Reggie Graham was born in Dallas. He graduated from Grinnell College in Iowa in 1970. He later earned a Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Seminary in 1973 and a Master of Architecture from Harvard University in 1978. Mr. Graham created Maharger Development and has owned property on the east end of downtown Dallas since 1983.

From 1998 to 2000 Mr. Lively served as President and CEO of Up With People, a thirty-five year-old multicultural leadership program headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Lively re-engineered Up With People’s world-wide management infrastructure and raised $8 million in new gift income supporting Up With People’s world-wide operations. He was also the Executive Producer of Up With People’s international musical production that was performed before more than 500,000 people in eighty nations.

Prior to his position with Up With People, Mr. Lively spent 25 years on the faculty and in the administration of Southern Methodist University, serving the last seven years as the University’s Vice President for Development, Public Affairs, Alumni Relations and Lecture Programs. In addition to his work at SMU, Mr. Lively also spent twenty-three years in service to the Dallas Cowboys and the National Football League.

A native Texan, Bill Lively was raised and educated in Dallas. In his spare time Mr. Lively is an avid mountain climber. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Mickey.

BILL LIVELYTom Garcia is currently Managing Director of The Adolphus in downtown Dallas.

Mr. Garcia, whose hospitality career spans twenty-five years, has managed hotels and resorts throughout North America and the Caribbean. He has managed a variety of property types including large convention hotels, resorts and boutique properties.

His interests lie in youth, sports, coaching, baseball, basketball and soccer. He is married and has three energetic, young sons.

Active in the Dallas downtown community, Mr. Garcia has served as President of the Hotel Association of Greater Dallas from 2005 to the present. He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Frisco Convention and Visitors Bureau, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Downtown Dallas Association.

Mr. Hixson is the Vice President of Westdale Asset Management.

CHUCK HIXSON

Mr. Kirkpatrick graduated from North Texas State University in Denton, Texas, 1965, and received his M.S. from the same college in 1975.

He worked at the Garland Division of LTV Electrosystems and as Director of Engineering at Delta Manufacturing and Engineering Corp. in Dallas before starting his own business–

Kirkpatrick Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a/ Hotsy Equipment Co. in 1978. He started another business under the same corporate name, d/b/a Keitronics until 2005 when he became General Secretary and building manager at the Dallas Scottish Rite Cathedral.

Mr. Kirkpatrick is currently serving as a member of the Richardson Masonic Lodge #1214. He is also a member of the Hella Black Horse Patrol Equestrian Drill Team and was the Potentate (President) of Hella Shrine Temple 1999 during which he hosted the Shrine of North America’s Imperial Council Session in Dallas.

Mr. Kirkpatrick has also been a member of Dallas Scottish Rite Bodies since 1980, and a member of the Chef’s Committee since 1991. He received the Rank and Decoration of a Knight Commander of the Court of Honour in 2001.

In 2007, Mr. Kirkpatrick was honored by the Rotary Clubs of District 5810 with a Paul Harris Fellowship, and has been elected to receive the highest rank in the Scottish Rite, the 33rd degree.

ED KIRKPATRICK

Jack Matthews has led the completion of many diverse projects, in both corporate and the mixed use developments. His experience and mastery of all aspects of development—from feasibility to long-term financing—helps to create value at all stages in the development process.

He founded Matthews Southwest in 1988. Prior to this, he worked in the family business, Matthews Group Ltd., beginning in 1982. This construction and development company produced up to $500 million a year in revenues.

Paxport International was the consortium that was awarded the $4 Billion Federal contract to privatize and redevelop Pearson International Airport in 1993. Jack served as Chief Executive Officer of the company between 1991 and 1993 in Toronto, Canada.

Jack’s greatest strength is his ability to assemble and complete complex projects that include hidden opportunities for value creation. He routinely finds under-utilized re-development sites, structures leveraged financing very skillfully, and manages the civic implications of urban re-development.

REV. ELZIE ODOM, JR.Rev. Odom is an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church. He currently serves as Senior Pastor of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Dallas.

Rev. Odom received his Master of Divinity degree from Brite Divinity School, and is currently pursuing his doctoral studies at Austin

Presbyterian Theological Seminary.

Rev. Odom was employed by IBM for 27 years, and by Xerox Corporation for 2 years. Recently, Rev. Odom has served the Greater Dallas Community of Churches as Executive Director for over three years. In addition, Rev. Odom is an adjunct faculty member at Brookhaven College in Farmers Branch, Texas where he is professor of World Religions.

Among other accomplishments, Rev. Odom has also served:

Rev. Elzie D. Odom, Jr. is a native Texan. He has been married to the Rev Dr. Janet Bell Odom for thirty-one years and resides in Dallas.

Reggie Graham was born in Dallas. He graduated from Grinnell College in Iowa in 1970. Dan Blizzard is Executive Vice President/Real Estate for Belo Investment Corporation and Vice President/Operations for Belo Corp., having held the latter position since January 1, 2001. He is responsible for real estate, local government relations, strategic sourcing, security and corporate services.

Blizzard joined Belo in May 1999 as director of procurement for the Company’s flagship newspaper, The Dallas Morning News.

Blizzard is Chairman of the DowntownDallas board of directors and serves on the Downtown Connection TIF board, the Downtown Dallas Development Authority board, the City Center TIF board and the City Plan Commission Urban Design Advisory Committee. He was an Ex Officio member of the Inside the Loop Committee and a member of the support staff for the Downtown Parks Master Plan Steering Committee and the Comprehensive CBD Transportation Study Steering Committee. He is a former board member of the Downtown Partnership and the D/FW Minority Business Council.

Blizzard and his wife, Helaine, live in Dallas and have one child.

Tracy has been Executive Director of the Uptown Public Improvement District for almost ten years. UPID uses a special assessment on owners to fund dozens of public services and improvements, including the McKinney Avenue Trolley (which Tracy rides frequently). Prior to UPID, Tracy worked for the City of Dallas for 13

years. He holds a graduate degree in public administration, and is in mourning as his oldest daughter leaves for college.

TRACY CURTS

John Chilton is the Area Manager—Planning/Design & Construction for AT&T Corporate Real Estate. He is a native Texan and moved to Dallas in 1950. After graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from UT Austin in 1971, he relocated to the DFW area in 1972 with his wife Carol. Mr. Chilton worked for private architectural firms in Dallas and

Fort Worth before joining Southwestern Bell Telephone Company’s (SWBT) corporate real estate department in 1978.

In the late 1970’s SWBT’s senior management recognized the importance of maintaining a strong presence in the CBD. The company purchased two additional blocks in downtown Dallas.

Mr. Chilton had the privilege to serve as SWBT’s project manager throughout the construction of the new Texas headquarters complex, which commenced with the demolition of the Baker Hotel in June 1980 and ended with the grand opening of Bell Plaza in September 1984. With occupancy figures of approximately 3,600 downtown employees, AT&T continues to be a major player in the growth and enhanced vitality of downtown Dallas.

Mr. Chilton is the General Manager for Cushman & Wakefield at Bank of America Plaza. He has been on property as the General Manger since 1998 and has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 1996. Mr. Chilton attended the University of Texas at Austin. He started his career in public accounting with Arthur Young. Mr. Chilton is a certified public accountant and has worked in real estate since 1983. He is married with five children, resides in Castle Hills and plays golf as often as he can.

Adam Bernhardt joined Stream Realty Partners in 2006 as General Manager of Chase Tower a 1.3 million square foot, 55-story office tower in downtown Dallas. Adam has more than 10 years of experience in property management.

Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners, Adam worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and Hines.

Mr. Bernhardt received a degree in Business Administration from Midwestern State University and is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson. He is also a Member of Dallas BOMA and served as Chair of Dallas BOMA Social Activities Committee in 2004.

Jon Ruff, Senior Vice President of Spire Realty Group, LP, is responsible for the majority of the company’s negotiations in acquisition, disposition, leasing and management and oversees $375 million worth of real estate in Dallas and Austin. Ruff joined Spire Realty Group in 2000 as assistant vice president and has been a vital contributor as the company has grown.

A licensed real estate agent, Ruff has played a major role in Spire’s commitment to enhancing downtown Dallas.

Actively involved in Dallas affairs, Ruff is a member of the Real Estate Council, sits on the DowntownDallas Board of Directors and on several DowntownDallas committees including, Downtown Improvement District (D.I.D.), an organization dedicated to making downtown a cleaner, safe environment, Downtown Round-up, a program working to further beautify downtown, and Dallas Momentum, a group leading an effort to bring new businesses to Dallas.

Jon was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He attended Trinity University in San Antonio. After graduation, Jon returned to Dallas to work in the commercial real estate industry. He is married, has a two-year-old daughter and is expecting another child in the fall of 2007.

Mike Rawlings joined CIC Partners LP in 2004 as Managing Partner. CIC Partners is a Dallas private equity fund with a 25-year heritage of investing in over 40 companies with combined revenues of $2.5 billion.

Mr. Rawlings served as President and Chief Concept Officer for Dallas-based Pizza Hut, Inc.,

the largest pizza chain in the world, from June 1997 until January 2003. During this time, he directed a major turnaround in the company’s business, resulting in the then highest weekly same store sales in Pizza Hut history with system sales over $5 billion.

Before joining Pizza Hut, Mr. Rawlings had a successful career in marketing as CEO of Tracy-Locke. During his tenure as CEO he built the DDB Dallas Group, a multi-agency marketing communications company owned by Omnicom.

Among his many civic duties Mike is the City of Dallas Homeless Czar, a position that was appointed by the Mayor, and is the incoming Chairman for the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau. He is on the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and is an active lecturer at many universities as well as an adjunct professor at SMU. Mike and his wife Micki have two children and live in Dallas.

Steve Skidmore graduated from the US Air Force Academy in 1976. He was an US Air Force pilot from 1977 until 1982.

Steve has more than twenty years of real estate experience in public and private sectors. Currently he works as Program Manager for Site Acquisition, Historic Preservation, and Urban

Development in the Greater Southwest Region for GSA.

Steve is married to Maureen and is the proud father of two children.

Mr. Truitt has 28 years of experience in the development and acquisition of quality office, hotel and multifamily real estate.

Jim is the Texas Regional Partner for Forest City Residential Group, a subsidiary of Forest City Enterprises, Inc., an $8 billion dollar publicly-traded real estate company based in Cleveland,

Ohio. The Residential Group owns approximately 37,000 multifamily apartment homes. Jim’s current projects include the redevelopment of the Mercantile Bank Building and three adjacent blocks in Downtown, Dallas.

Jim worked for JPI Partners for 14 years, where in 1995 he started the Student Housing Division. While there JPI developed approximately $1.0 billion of student apartments on 32 campuses.

Jim began his career working for Southland Financial Corporation, the developer of Las Colinas. During that time some of the projects he developed included San Jacinto Center in Austin, Texas, The Four Seasons Resort and Club in Irving, Texas, the Mandalay Four Seasons Hotel in Irving, Texas and the refurbishment of the Dallas Sheraton Hotel.

A graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. in Finance, Jim also earned a Master’s of Business Administration at the University of Texas.

JIM TRUITT

Since September 2006, Jim Wood has been working with DowntownDallas on a variety of transportation, planning and development issues.

Jim retired from the City of Dallas Texas after working there since August, 1982. His last assignment was Assistant Director, Office of

Economic Development which involved promoting and coordinating economic development projects downtown.

Previous responsibilities in the City of Dallas included executive assignments in the departments of: Street Services, Sanitation Services, Code Enforcement Services, Public Works and Transportation, Development Services, and Environmental and Health Services.

In 1971, Jim received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. In 1975, he received his Master of Public Administration, also from Texas Tech University.

Jim is married and has a married daughter and son-in-law.

Kirby D. White joined Crescent Real Estate Equities, Ltd. in 1997 and serves as Director of Leasing for Crescent’s downtown Dallas office buildings. RON WHITEHEADRon started his career in municipal government in 1971 after graduating with a degree in Government from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. He received a Master Degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas. Ron served as the Administrative Assistant to the City Manager in Irving, Texas and in 1977,

he became the Assistant City Manager for Administration. Ron was promoted to the Assistant City Manager, responsible for general supervisory functions in October of 1981.

In June of 1982, he accepted the position of City Manager of Addison. Ron has seen Addison grow from a small community to a bustling business center over the last 24 years. Various groups have recognized him for his service to the profession, including the International City Management Association (ICMA) for over 35 years of service, and the Texas City Management Association that presented him with their 2006 Life Time Achievement Award.

Ron’s wife, Donna, is an elementary school art teacher, they have two daughters, and are very involved in their church and various civic groups.
