We are proud to announce and welcome Kathy Blount to the Los Angeles team in a newly
created senior role of Customer Service Manager.
Kathy brings 20 years of industry experience to STG with with a track record of driving
transformative change and customer satisfaction. She has successfully managed teams
responsible for customer service experience at global logistics corporations including Emery
Worldwide, Global Link Logistics and most recently at UTi.
Kathy will be managing the new Los Angeles customer service program focused on creating
excellent client experiences through dedicated teams. The new model began testing in mid-
January and has received extremely positive reviews from clients across the board.
The LiveChat LA team will also be managed by Kathy. This function provides real-time
assistance to customers on the STGUSA.com website. STG strives to be your technologically
advanced resource with easy-to-use solutions. If you haven't already used the LiveChat function,
we invite you to engage with one of our highly experienced operators during working hours. If
you leave a message after hours, a ticket will be created and addressed first thing the following
morning of the work week.
