The Top Solution® G5, another innovation of Group GMDS, it’s the newest model of Top Solution racks, the most copied rack in Brazil.

The Top Solution® G5 is a modular system that offers total flexibility in configuration of installation layouts and at the same time it accommodates large amounts of cable volumes ensuring easy handling and comfort during installation.

Its main innovations are the ducts design, enhanced cable entrance facilities and disassembled supply which facilitates transport and installation at the site of the work.

Top Solution® G5 version 4 ducts

O Top Solution G5 version 4 ducts offer one more column at back site, allowing installation of 19” equipment up to 1,200 mm depth like servers, storages and NVRs. Construction

cables and the EIA TIA 942 standard for data centers. Allows distributing up to 610 cat. 6 UTP cables or 340

cat. 6A UTP cables per duct. Plastic fingers with cable outputs at each 1U to

Vertical guides Allow coupling two structures side by side without excess space, or may also be removed in order to connect two 19” frames using only one duct; Supply standard with 4 side cabling ducts (2 front and 2 rear interconnected) with doors and hinges in both sides Fingers made in black ABS to lay the cables horizontally, with output at each 1U and round surfaces in contact with all cables to avoid strangling; Recesses on the walls to tie the cables with Velcro and side handles for easy transportation; Doors with engraved logo and hinges that allow quick removal and inverting the opening direction. Top cable Upper frame (Top Cable) for cable laying. Dimensions: 600 mm x 93 mm (D x H), with

curvature for optical cords laying

Base

Base made of 2 mm sheets with reinforcements and holes to anchor to the floor; dimensions: W 550 mm x D 454 mm; Central opening to lay the cables upwards (connecting to the elevated floor). Finishing Phosphate conversion coating finish followed by micro textured powder electrostatic painting in black (other options available by request). Painting procedure according to and certified by the Environmental Management System. Transportation package: wood crate, polyethylene corner brackets, and transparent plastic film.

How to assembly a Top Solution G5 version 4 ducts 1. Carefully unpack the product with three parts: central structure 4 ducts and two vertical guides. 2. Adjust the depth of the central structure using the fixing screws available on the base stringers. 3. Fit the first vertical guide into the center frame. 4. Screw the first vertical guide into the central frame using a Philips wrench and 8 mm spanner. 5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to install the second vertical guide.
