D G A F Society Terms & Conditions

There is a $50 non-refundable reservation fee due at the time of confirmed availability to secure the desired date and time. The full cost for the rental is due at the time of delivery/pick up. The rental time encompasses pick up and drop off, so please factor that time into the reservation. At delivery/time of pick up a D G A F Society representative will review with the renter an inventory sheet for inspection as well as the Terms and Conditions of the rental agreement. In addition to the reservation time fees, there is a $100 collateral deposit due upon delivery of the merchandise. The collateral deposit will be refunded in full when D G A F Society receives the merchandise back barring any damage caused to the merchandise outside of normal wear & tear. If D G A F Society finds such damage(s) during their assessment, the renter will be notified in writing the cost to repair such damage(s) and amount to be deducted from the $100 collateral deposit. The collateral deposit, minus any fees for such damages, will be returned to the renter with documentation within 48 hours of return. There is an automatic $75.00 same-day late fee for merchandise that is returned after the reserved time frame. To avoid this late fee, simply email DGAF Society at least 1 hour prior to the end of the reserved time with the specific amount of time needed. You will then be billed accordingly, consistent with the listed prices. If the renter fails to do so, the $75.00 late fee will be assessed. If the renter reserves the merchandise for an entire day or longer, the renter must return the merchandise back to D G A F Society by 10:00am the following day. If D G A F Society receives the merchandise any time after 10:00am a $200.00 multiple day late fee will be assessed automatically. The renter assumes full responsibility for any late fees that may accrue during the time of rental for the late fees are non-negotiable. Late fees will be billed automatically. The renter assumes all risk and liability for the merchandise from the time of delivery/pick up until the merchandise is returned to DGAF Society and the renter is handed a receipt of return. Risks and liability includes but not limited to risks and/or damages in transit, on location (whether named or unnamed), while in use, or while on own premises, until the merchandise is returned to D G A F Society. If any damages occur while in the renters possession the price for repair will come out of the renters collateral deposit. Renter agrees to indemnify D G A F Society and its representatives harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, injuries, demand and liability of any kind or whatsoever, including reasonable attorney fees and legal expenses, arising from the use, or operation of the merchandise and by whosoever used or operated during the rental term. This indemnification shall continue in full force and effect during and after the term of the rental for causes arising during the term of the rental. A copy of these Terms & Conditions will be given to you at time of pick up and must be signed before the merchandise can be released.
