Re: California WaterFix Hearing-Request for Additional Time for Direct Testimony

The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EB MUD) will be submitting the testimony of Xavier Irias, Eileen White, and Dr. Benjamin Bray in Part lB of the California WaterFix water rights hearing. EBMUD respectfully requests that these three witnesses be allowed 30 minutes each, rather than 20 minutes each, for the presentation of their direct testimony in Part lB of the hearing. We make this request via this letter uploaded to the FTP site, consistent with State Water Resources Control Board staff member Kyle Ochenduszko' s August 31 , 2016 1: 15 p.m. email to all parties, instructing parties to submit all documents related to a party's case in chief for Part lB of the hearing, including any requests for additional time for direct testimony, via the FTP site (not email).
