TRADE-ONLY SUPPLIERS OF FABRICATED SIGNAGE.
Tray Signage is manufactured out of 3mm aluminium, although 2mm aluminium or Di-Bond can be used upon request. All Tray Signage is created to specification and is available in various styles.
TRAY SIGNAGE.
Style variations include:
• Non illuminated basic Tray Signage
• Fret-cut and backed up with acrylic. Available with or without illumination
• Fret-cut and push through. Available with or without illumination.
• Projecting Tray Signage. Available with or without illumination
BUILT-UP LETTERS.
Non-Illuminated LettersThese are available with Foamex or an aluminium rear tray for mounting.
Letters are available in various styles, including:
Face Illuminated Rimless Letters Letter depths available range from 35mm to 150mm.
Halo Illuminated LettersThese are available with a polycarbonate back tray. Letter depths available range from 35mm to 150mm.
Rim & Return LettersLetter depths available range from 35mm to 150mm.
Built-Up Letters can be supplied powder coated to a RAL colour of choice, with a mill finish or faced off with vinyl.
Specialist mounting frames can be custom made upon request; Letters can also be mounted onto Tray Signage if specified.
All Built-Up Letters are expertly hand-crafted, ensuring they are made with precision and quality in mind.
Not all signage falls under a specific category. We can manufacture and supply bespoke signage,no matter how unconventional or out of the ordinary.
BESPOKE SIGNAGE.
These can be manufactured outof several substrates including:stainless steel, aluminium, ACMsheets, acrylic and Foamex.
FLAT CUT LETTERS.
Chevron Kits are available cut to size, ready to apply, and are specified to chapter 8 of the Department for Transport Traffic Manual.
These high visibility markings are manufactured from 3M micro prismatic reflective film, offering excellent reflectivity and brightness.
CHAPTER 8 CHEVRON KITS.
Available as Sign Blanks complete with channel, or plate only.
All standard shapes are available including circles, triangles, and rectangles.
Railed Sign Panels are supplied with 72hr turnaround from the point of order to despatch.
Created with the use of 3M reflective sheeting, all Traffic Signage is CE Marked, complying with European standard BS EN12899-1:2007.

Each unit can be customised in several ways, with all arms and caps personalised to your own design.
STYLOS FINGERPOST.
WAYFINDING SYSTEMS.
Manufactured from aluminium and available with a choice of four different post types, including D-Post, Square Post, Round Post, and 2-Way Round Post. Planks can be supplied with depths of 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm.
POST & PANEL.
Fabricated out of lightweight aluminium, the slimline frame protrudes only 20mm from the wall. Slats are easily interchangeable and held in place with a unique POP clip design.
Slat profiles are available in the following depths; 15mm, 30mm, 45mm, 60mm, 90mm, 120mm, 150mm.
