LESSONS LEARNED …..
Positives:• System of offering practical placement without
additional stimuli has proven good as students apply for placement only if they are really interested.
• It turned out to be an important idea of providing practical placements also for other Czech universities – organization asked for students with various skills and fields of study.
LESSONS LEARNED …..
Negatives:• Other universities' staff did not pass information
about practical placements to studentsNeutral:• Students usually lost interest in practical placement,
if appropriate placement could not been found in three months period from enlistment of a student in the database,

seminarsNegatives:• 2 supervisors don't care about the students• 2 students was not able to finish practical placement• .
INTERACTIVE THEMATIC SEMINARS
• Seminars should serve as a imaginary link between organizations and students on the level of presentations as well as on personal level.
LESSONS LEARNED

have good opportunity to meet together• Lectures were of good quality and not only
students got to know many new and interesting viewpoints and facts.

placements and seminars. On the other hand much worse linkage is between seminars and workshops.
