Production Program Charging Machines
Travelling scrap charging machines consist of a
travelling frame, storage bunker, vibratory trough
conveyor & electrical control. These machines are
designed to charge a wide variety & configuration
of furnaces. Being rail-borne, they can travel
longitudinally, transversely or in combined
directions as required. Optionally, one or several
melting furnaces can be charged with one
machine.
»sandwich«
Upon request, the machine can also be
designed to fit a semi-mobile supporting frame to
be moved by forklift truck. To meet the specific
needs in melting shops & furnace applications our
charging troughs feature a rugged welded/screw-
fastened, vibration-resistant design. The special
construction with low-RPM vibratory
motors ensure low-noise operation.

Shake-out Grid & Separator Screen AR & TR (E)
Shake-out grids are machines using predominantly
vertical vibration to separate castings and
sand/sand lumps. They are used for large piece
weights and low quantities. The material is loaded
and unloaded by crane or other handling facility.
Separator troughs are self discharge type
conveying installations using directional vibration
to handle castings carefully and separate them
from loose sand/lumps at the same time. The
standard use of these machines is continuous
operation for serial products. With both facilities
the sand shaken out is recycled in a downstream
treatment plant and returned to the process.

Electronic Transmission For Vibrating Machines
(for Example TRE, SRE, ARE)Newly developed
for separator screens and/or vibratory machines
made by Cyrus makes it possible to optimise the
casting-sand separation after the moulding plant.
Here emphasis is placed on the highest flexibility
possible in casting-sand separation and on safe
casting transport. This is achieved by infinitely
adapting both the vibration angle and the drive
frequency depending on the product to be handled.
The information provided by the moulding plant
(casting type) is used here to call up the
» « electronic transmission control corresponding program parameters in the electronic
gear (control). This means the moulding plant can
call up the menu parameters of the separator
screen via a digital signal or Profibus within seconds
through corresponding output signals. As a result
each knocked out mould (thick-walled, normal
thickness, thin-walled casting) can be handled
differently. Cyrus separator screens and shake out
grids can also be refitted from mechanical gears to
electronic transmissions without any problem. Here
the maximum productivity of your plant is achieved.

Vibration-(combined)-crusher
Vibratory crushers are vibrating systems using a
vibration drive to separate sand lumps from the
iron parts in a batch and, at the same time, crush
the sand lumps into particle-size sand and convey
it. Depending on the model iron parts can only be
discharged automatically by a drive pole reversal.
The quantities and temperatures of the loaded
material determine crusher design. If space is
restricted the crusher can be fitted with a higher
sand discharge. For special applications we also
supply combined vibratory crushers comprising
shake-out grid, lump crusher and Vibralift - all of
them actuated with one drive.

Resonance Trough Conveyors SRL/SRG/SRA
The resonance vibratory trough conveyor SRA
depicted are successfully deployed international
foundries. These machines are made in modular &
compact units, transported and inexpensively
assembled. Thanks to absorber technology, with
resonance vibratory trough conveyors lengths up to 40
m per machine with a minimum of dynamic and static
loads is possible. Cyrus can incorporate curved
vibratory conveyors in the plant layout. The other
benefit of the resonance trough conveyors is the
gentleness on the material conveyed and the very
low-noise handling of cast parts. Usually, the
foundation for absorber machines does not even
need to be reinforced for taking up these dynamic
loads since approx. 90% of all dynamic loads are
absorbed anyway resulting in minimum expenses for
structural rebuilding. The same technology is also
used for casting coolers thereby boosting plant
productivity and reducing damage to castings to a
minimum.

Vibralift
Vibrallft Is a material handling system using
directed, vertical vibrations to convey the media
upwards In a closed shaft. The lifting shaft does
not contain any moving parts requiring regular
maintenance or replacement. Furthermore, the
Vibrallft makes It possible to convey products with
temperatures up to 350 °C (e.g. sand In a melting
shop).

PATENTED WORLD INNOVATION
Dosing Machines And Turn-key Systems CZ
These systems basically comprise a billet
feeding/singling machine and the up and
downstream system components like tilting device,
storage trough, roller conveyor or vibratory trough
conveyor with magnetic drive. Automatic
feeding/singling machines are used for feeding
single billets continuously to induction heaters
in forging shops. The mainly used billet feeders
are »inside-spiral« designs (bowl with internal
spiral). Bowls with external spiral are possible.

Circular & Linear Motion Vibrating Screens
Circular motion
installations complete with sorting feature. They
handle and classify media by means of vibration.
As a rule these machines are installed at an angle
and feature a circular drive mode. Other drive
types can be selected for specific products and
depending on the installation conditions,
Screening machines can separate different grain
sizes simultaneously. The choice of screen lining
depends on the task to be performed.
screening machines are conveyor Linear motion screening machines are material
handling systems with a sorting vibration drives to
classify and convey material. Linear vibrating
screens operate on directed vibrations selected to
suit the product and the given installation
