• ~2300 sq ft.• All brick floors• Adobe (mostly)• Refrigerated air• Old furnace (~ 50% efficiency)• Flat roof• Gas stove/electric oven

Changes we made • Hot water re-circulator (Fall 2007)• New windows and doors• Unplug printer when not in use• Unplugged computer• Unplugged anything with LED display that

we didn’t need • Changed out ~ 80% of our bulbs
