Rising Sun Energy Center’s California Youth Energy Services (CYES) program

provides energy and water conservation services at no cost to residents. CYES

trains and employs local youth to become ‘Energy Specialists’ who serve their com-

munities with Green House Calls (GHC). At each GHC, Energy Specialists install

energy- and water-saving devices and provide personalized recommendations and

tips for further savings in the home—all at no cost to residents.
