When do I need to make my Cyclone Club contribution for priority seating and or parking? To receive 2018 football and 2018-19 basketball priority seating and parking privileges, a Cyclone Club pledge must be made and received by our office prior to March 30, 2018. Priority points are accumulated when membership dollars are received by the Cyclone Club, not when the original pledge is received. Payment plans are available to help spread payments throughout the year, however all donations must be paid in full by December 31, 2018.
Have the minimum priority seating donation requirements for Jack Trice Stadium or Hilton Coliseum changed? There are no changes in football or basketball priority seating for 2018-19. New season ticket orders or requests for improved seating locations will be processed according to your annual giving level, priority points within that level and seat availability. However, because of the continued growth in our football and basketball season ticket base, many of the priority seating sections may have limited or no availability for improved/upgraded seat requests or for new season ticket orders.
How are parking passes for football assigned?Parking assignments are not guaranteed from year to year. All parking requests are processed according to your current year’s Cyclone Club donation level and priority points within that level. Each donor will get an appointment date and time, to manually select your specific parking lot , based on availability, during the football parking selection process.
How has men’s basketball parking changed for 2018-19?Parking lots C-1 and C-2 (north of Center Drive) will now be stall reserved lots — exclusively for Cyclone Club members at the Directors Level ($12,500). Each Directors Level donor will have a reserved numbered spot, guaranteed for them each game. More information on these changes and the process for selecting your stall will be communicated to Cyclone Club members prior to basketball season.

Iowa State is responsible for the actions of its boosters. If a booster violates an NCAA, Big 12 or ISU rule, the university may be subject to penalties. In addition, student-athletes or prospects may lose their eligibility for intercollegiate competition. Further, a booster found
to have intentionally violated NCAA, Big 12 or ISU rules may be disassociated from Iowa State’s athletics program, resulting in a loss of all benefits and privileges offered by the Department of Athletics.
Some important things to be aware of as a booster:
• Boosters may not provide any extra benefits for prospects, current student-athletes or former student-athletes. Extra benefits include but are not limited to:
• A permissible benefit a booster can be involved with is an occasional meal. Student-athletes may attend an oc-casional meal hosted by a booster held only at the home of the booster, and it may be catered. Occasional meals must be preapproved by the Athletics Compliance Office.
• Boosters are not permitted to make in-person, on- or off-campus recruiting contacts with prospects or their relatives or friends. Boosters are also prohibited from initiating telephone or other electronic communication with prospects, their relatives or friends until the individual begins his or her first regular term (fall or spring) at ISU or begins preseason practice (two-a-days).
• A booster may employ or arrange for the employment of a student-athlete as long as the student- athlete has registered the job with the Athletics Compliance Office before beginning work.
• A business may not use the name, picture or appearance of an enrolled student-athlete to advertise, recommend or promote sales or use of a product or service of any kind.
