(ICCS) – A true force multiplier for strategic and operative commands, the ICCS provides

engagements, MOOTW and routine operations. Seamless integration of other C2 systems

Air Defense Command and Control System (ADCCS) – the Advanced Air Defense C2

System is in operational use by a variety of modern air forces globally, providing a unified

air-situation picture and comprehensive operational management for both air forces and

civil air-traffic-control organizations.

Naval and Coastal Command and Control (NCCCS) – the NCCCS is a Command and

Control system that effectively supports coastal surveillance, EEZ protection and

blue-water naval operations, providing a comprehensive maritime situation picture,

mission-planning capabilities and decision-support tools.

Tactical C4I (NessControl) – An innovative C4I suit for mobile tactical forces, NessControl

provides overall video, voice and data connectivity between all tactical forces operating

within the same scene. Utilizing various communication means, NessControl is in

operational use by a range of special operations teams and counter terror units worldwide.

Active Missile Defense Command and Control – TSG is a leading provider of Command

and Control solutions for Theatre Ballistic Missile Defense. TSG’s missile defense C2

Visual Intelligence – the Advanced Visual Reconnaissance System (AVRS) is a sensor-

independent visual interpretation system enabling state-of-the-art video and image

processing in real time for automatic target acquisition. The highly effective system

significantly accelerates the process of target detection to recognition. Available in various

configurations, including airborne, ground and naval, AVRS also enables complete remote

control over E/O sensors.

Analysis and Knowledge Management (NSDE) – TSG has vast experience in delivering

a wide range of intelligence research solutions and systems for armed forces, security

organizations and law enforcement agencies worldwide. These systems implement the

entire intelligence cycle, offering collection management, analysis, unbeatable data

correlation (both unstructured, structured, GIS and Link Analysis) and dissemination, while

implementing best practices of the Big Data era. TSG’s solution integrates the most

advanced search and semantic engines.

Data Fusion – the Recognized Ground Picture (RGP) automatic generation engine for

multi sensor and intense battlefield environments. TSG's fusion algorithms and

technologies bridge the modern military arena's complexity of information

saturation/overflow, providing operational users, who are facing an unmanageably large

amount of sensor data, with accurate, unified situation awareness.

Maritime Intelligence (2C) – Automatic naval/coastal situation recognition, based on

machine-learning algorithms and predictive analytics. The 2C system addresses the

challenge of users from various maritime domains (coastal watch, fishing regulation, EEZ

monitoring, naval intelligence, etc.) to quickly identify suspicious maritime activities and

abnormalities, utilizing data from different sensors, systems and sources.

Accurate 3D Coordinates Extraction (EarthSolver) – enables the end user to extract

accurate 3D coordinates from images, within seconds, in a very simple and intuitive

process. Earthsolver can be utilized in tactical missions as well as in the back office.

EarthSolver is used by ground forces for target observation missions and by air force users

in oblique and vertical observation missions.

TSG ensures extensive experience in developing and integrating telecom solutions for commercial and military applications. Leveraging deep telecom know-how, TSG provides a wide-ranging offering, including:

Operations Support Systems (OSS) – Fluctuating complexities are offered to a range of

customers in diverse verticals. Highly integrated systems manage and monitor diverse

communication networks (e.g., fixed, wireless, VoIP, encrypted cellular) in one package,

according to a Manager of Managers (MoM) system concept. OSS covers a wide array of

fields, including service provision, assurance, configuration, performance and IT

management applications.

Contact Centers –TSG is a leading designer and integrator of end-to-end, multi-site call

offers an end-to-end Cyber Security Center (CSC) based on a holistic approach integrating

state-of-the-art technologies with unique methodology, operational processes and training:

Cyber Security Center (CSC) – TSG designs, develops, operates and supports CSC for

all levels – National, Sectorial and Enterprise. TSG's offering is based on our extensive

experience and proven track record. CSC main domains are: monitoring (SIEM/SOC),

intelligence, forensics investigation lab, awareness contact center and response team. The

TSG state-of-the-art CSC solution is deployable worldwide in two main delivery modes: the

CSC turnkey project, where TSG provides customers with a complete customized center

inclusive of personnel recruitment and training, or the CSC, as a managed service where

enterprise/corporate customers can directly and immediately benefit from TSG's extensive

cyber protection experience and know-how, without the need to launch their own CSC

development project.

Emergency Management Command & Control (EMS) – Our operational and modular

emergency management Command and Control system is deployable from the strategic

to the local and field engagement levels. EMS enables a unified common situation picture,

coordinated-response mission planning, optimized utilization of available emergency

teams and resources, effective Command & Control, and communication with the public in

both crisis management and day-to-day operations.

First Responders C2 (AwareNess) – A field-proven emergency management system

designated to assist first responders (ambulance services, police, and fire brigades) in the

field, to effectively increase coordination in order to drastically improve their efficiency.

AwareNess incorporates advanced fleet management and dispatch and decision-support

capabilities, and is used during routine and emergency situations.

Smart City – Increased growth in urbanization presents municipalities with the challenge

of optimizing social and environmental capital, in order to effectively increase the quality of

life and promote economic development.

TSG's Digital City Program (DCP) is based on the Tel Aviv municipality "DigiTel” program.

DigiTel won the “Smartest City 2014” award in Barcelona Smart City Expo. DCP allows

reciprocal, personalized-information engagement with residents through technology. The

program increases the residents' quality of life, while providing Municipalities with an

excellent decision-support tool that is based on up-to-date, accurate targeted information.

Safe City – Coping with threats to public safety and critical infrastructure has become a

main mission of security agencies around the world. TSG's real-time data fusion

Our system monitors and tracks the abnormal human behavior and moving objects in real

Border Control (B-Guard) – A comprehensive, integrative approach for border and critical

site protection with methodical localization and customization based on detailed threat

analysis. TSG's solution combines multi-disciplinary response design with various sensor

types on different platforms, unmanned aerial vehicles, patrol and interception mobile

formations, obstacles, intelligence gathering and analysis, communications solutions and

Homeland Security Solutions

simulators and test beds to geographic

information systems (GIS), facility

management solutions and customizable

recording/debriefing systems.

Recording/Debriefing (HindSight) – A unique recording, replay and debriefing system,

which simultaneously records and synchronizes multiple channels, including audio, video,

radar screens and high-resolution computer screens. HindSight provides continuous

improvement in operational quality and workforce proficiency, efficient situation

management, accurate information for valuable debriefing, and maintenance of operational

knowledge.

Mapping Engines –TSG Geographic Information System (GIS) is based on extensive

system know-how, including real-time and offline applications. TSG also offers an

advanced real-time mapping engine, NTMDS, specially designed for military and mission-

critical applications.

Facility Navigator (FN) – Featuring an indoor GIS, the Facility Navigator (FN) is a

computerized cloud-based facility-management tool. FN serves as an interactive, intuitive

graphical system for the monitoring and control of onsite infrastructure (e.g., electricity,

water, air conditioning, communication networks, SCADA) for maintenance, safety and

security purposes.

Video Analytics (Sixth Sense) – A pioneering video surveillance system that enables

object-tracking-based solid situational awareness in dense urban scenarios, by

automatically detecting suspicious behavior in real time. The Sixth Sense system provides

an operational environment in which control rooms require reduced manpower for

controlling protected sites.

Simulators and Test Beds – A comprehensive range of training and simulation suites in

various operational domains – tanks, anti-tank missile systems, unmanned aerial vehicles

(UAV), and artillery forward observation. In addition, TSG offers the Sensor Procurement,

Evaluation, Customization, Integration and Lifecycle Support Test Bed (SPECIALiST) for

performance evaluation, algorithmic research, concept development and experimentation

(CD&E) and in-house product development for a range of military and civilian

organizations.
