If you are going to put names on the web make up nicknames.

If you arrange for a meeting with someone you don’t know always bring along friends or family.

Don’tsNever send mean things

online.

Never put pictures online that you will want to get back off again.

Never put any personal details on the web.

If you won’t write it don’t say it.

Don’t put bank numbers on the internet

Internet dangers!• Viruses-When someone has sent a virus to

your computer like a sickness to humans.• Hackers-when people get into your

computer and look and delete all of your stuff, and can buy things under your account with your money.

• Web cams- if not locked people can turn them on and watch you by there computer.

• Inappropriate stuff- could be rude pictures, movies on YouTube

Chat RoomsWe think chat rooms are not safe

because…..There is no way to police themThe teachers and guardians do not know what they

are doing and can’t supervise the kidsPeople can be rude or offensive and can bully

othersMost people will change their identifications and

could be 20 years older than they say they areIf you put address or phone number on people can

hunt you down
