A ‘weekday’ in the life of…
The team met with the girls at the dorm to understand their routine, tasks, needs, ambitions and motivators. Through the discussions, they arrived at a typical weekday and weekend in the life of the girls. Below is a glimpse of what their weekday looks like

soap/shampoo in their eyes
Beginner salon training for girls for basics like threading, waxing, hair dos etc. so they can do the same for themselves and others in the dorm

Someone gets late for work because of no power, water , door jamming etc., arrange for an individual drop
In case the delay results in any cut in pay, compensate the girls for the
same
Request the company to let this case pass and assume responsibility for the
‘no show’
If there is any loss to company’s productivity due to the delay, have a few trained
workers on call who can fill in
