Precinct. Documentation and construction details of the façade, smoke walls & partitions.
Highlights: I met a tight deadline under intense pressure, when the central Revit file crashed
ensuring continued employment despite heavy job losses during the GFC.

Under John Neylan I received a thorough training in Commercial Drafting and Contract Administration
including; design development, construction drawings and detailing using Revit.

size, weight and crane position, liaising with Engineers, Builders and Pre-cast consultants.

raising and extension of our home in Brisbane, trebling the 100m2 floor space.

Landscaper and Landscape Construction Supervisor responsible for one of two landscape teams
building walls, laying paths, laying patios, laying turf and planting out gardens.

I was trained by an Architect and Chelsea Flower Show Gold Medallist to be a landscape contractor
and designer, and for seven years constructed commercial and private gardens.
Key Achievement: Selected to design, construct and exhibit a Show Garden for the Royal
Horticultural Society at the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, London.

Between 1991 and 1994, I gained landscape and building construction experience with this plant-hire
and ground-works company working on hospitals, schools, museums golf courses and a wind tunnel.
