Current duties involve the full installation of pipe work to Form/Fill/Seal pharmaceuticalproduction machines producing aseptic products for the medical industry. Duties also include the
supervision of junior members of staff and ensuring that my team reaches deadlines set andthat the Quality Assurance specification are met by my team.
The work is based around Pharmaceutical sites in the North West of England, I have worked oncontracts at large Plants over the years and more recently a large project at TEVA
Pharmaceuticals (formerly IVAX).
Work involves primarily the design and installation of (fabrication and welding) Process pipe workto the Form/Fill/Seal production machines
using BPE electro-polished stainless steel and running various utilities to the clean rooms suchas Pure air, water and clean steam. Most pipe work is welded using an Orbital WeldingMachine as per specification along with the mechanical installation of control valves and pumps.

I served my apprenticeship with this company and now have 7 years engineeringexperience working in a challenging and demanding industry.
