I have for the last 2 year been working as a interim manager for companies within construction, global retail, operator, venture capital to improve their sourcing and compliance approach in complex environment. In Euroasia i was driving compliance perspectives for a major operator in one of the most corrupt countries in the world. Before this I was the General Manager for Careers Australia were I was the global sales responsible for vocational education and sufficiently strengthened my insight in pedagogical and compliance perspectives around the world and sold education to 1 million people. In my role as the Head of Nordic procurement at American Express in Stockholm I was responsible for driving efficiency, reduce the process complexity, cut the number of suppliers and enhance compliance especially in KYC . In 2011, I made the biggest cost savings ever for the Nordic market. On global corporate level I have worked with driving productivity improvements by moving manufacturing plants globally and established global programs within lean manufacturing and energy efficiency, in this workforce planning and competence mapping has been central. Frequently my work has been directly with CEOs, been positioned in regional or global management teams, worked with M & A projects or led cross-functional teams. From a corporate development perspective my responsibilities has many times involved me in driving global strategic alliances and manage partnerships.
