CARE OF THEPROFESSIONAL &OCCUPATIONAL

VOICE

5TH INTERNATIONAL

Knowlton Nash, CBC

“I wish the Voice Symposium all thegood fortune it deserves because thereis nothing more critical than effectivecommunication – whether it is inpersonal relations, teaching, businessdiscussions or diplomaticnegotiations.

What we say and how we say itconstitute the basis for allunderstanding. I salute this Canadianprofessional voice symposium as animportant and fundamental effort toimprove the quality ofcommunication.

For anyone dealing with the public, the human voice is at once the mostrevealing and the most persuasiveinstrument of communication thatexists. Anything that can be done toenhance the quality of voice enrichessocieties as well as individuals.”
