RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Tetra Tech, Georgia Power and Gas Infrastructure Oversight Program (PGIOP), Georgia, 2013 to 2015 – Senior Project Manager; Mr. Wright supported the USAID funded $152 M reconditioning and expansion of the Republic of Georgia’s east – west pipeline system. Mr. Wright’s functions included management of a team of local engineers and expat support staff, design and construction oversight as well as providing extensive technical advisory services to support the development of the internal resources of the Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation (GOGC). Several areas in which Mr. Wright directly supported GOGC’s capacity development were in improving construction practices and specifications, implementing pipeline maintenance techniques involving coatings, cathodic protection, valve maintenance, in-line inspections and equipment procurement to improve GOGC’s operations and maintenance program. Additionally he developed and implemented a pipeline integrity program utilized nationally by GOGC and began development of improved gas loss metering methodology.

Mjollnir Holdings, LLC, Colorado Springs, CO, 2010 to 2013 – Principal; Mr. Wright provided consulting engineering services in the following areas: compressor station design, electrical design, automation system design, SCADA system design and security implementation, program management and process safety.

Notable assignments include:

• Engineering support for 100 km natural gas pipeline uprate project that included a new 4 km lateral and interface with a 250 MW power plant for an international client in Mexico. The project included BOP electrical interface design, fuel gas metering, process simulation and final design review of IFC design package. Provided a review and evaluation of the client’s new pipeline integrity program, including a review of inline inspection reports and providing pipeline reconditioning recommendations;

• Electrical safety design review for upstream oil and gas processing facilities. Included a complete review of existing electrical designs for facilities. This included a comprehensive review and recommendations to optimize electrical grounding systems, as well as review of power distribution systems, automation systems and SCADA interfaces for well head gas lift and processing facilities;
