Jan 16 to present:Senior Radiographer at Royal Centre for Defence Medicine

Role:Band 6 (Equivalent) Radiographer working as part of both the civilian and military teams at the QE Hospital, Birmingham. Providing CR, DR, fluoroscopy, CT and forensic research imaging.

Member of PACS Admin team, facilitating Imaging Storage support to UK Armed Forces Medicine. Experience with IMPAX, Radcentre, CRIS, bbRad, Citrix. Assisted in the implementation of a complete new IMPAX install and training package (Nov 16).

Member of Forensic Research team, assisting in the delivery of forensic CT imaging for Imperial College London.

Radiation Protection Supervisor.

Sep 12 to Jan 16:Senior Radiographer at 16 Medical Regiment, Colchester

Role:Sole provider of imaging in a mobile, high-readiness field hospital.Radiation Protection Supervisor. Advised hierarchy on the safe and efficient setup of an Imaging department within a fluid, highly mobile facility.Quality Assurance, ensuring the highest level of Diagnostic Imaging quality.Subject matter expert and training. Provided technical and clinical training to junior team members with no Imaging background, in order to develop their skills and improve the patient pathway.

Apr Jul 11:Deployed Radiographer in Camp Bastion

Role:Member of team of 5 in "busiest trauma centre in the world", delivering rapid, accurate imaging in a highly pressured environment.

Extensive experience in polytrauma imaging with multiple, concurrent T1 casualties inc. DDR, CT and fluoroscopy.

Sep 09 Sep 12:Band 5/6 Equivalent Radiographer at MDHU Frimley Park, Surrey

Role:Work alongside civilian radiographers to provide full range of imaging modalities.

Experienced in CR and DDR imaging, theatre, flouroscopy and CT.

Received a Surgeon Generals Commendation for acting as senior military member of staff from Sep 11 until Sep 12, 3 levels above my rank. Responsible for fulfilling rota commitments and maintaining military skills with a severe lack of staff in addition to mentoring and TLD issue and control.

1995 2006:Avionics Technician in Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers.

Role:Maintenance and repair of unmanned, fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft up to supervisor level. Led a team of up to 10 technicians.
