Job Descriptions and Role Responsbilities:
• Review, evaluate and recommend pre engineering and engineering concepts, designs and development for mechanical systems and plants associated with the Company's oil and gas production, pressure maintenance, transport and export, such as steam generating unit, air system, water system, cooling water, water treatment, heat exchanger with refrigerant tubes (HVAC), pumps, compressors, etc .
• Making sure about flow assurances and flowlines well done, such as piping and pipeline systems. It must be supported with good separation storage, pumping facilities, mechanical packages (e.g. air drier and instrument air), water and gas injection facilities ( air and nitrogen as separation unit result), utilities, etc.
• Ensuring technical integrity and HSE requirements are fullfilled and to be met cost effectively throughout the development cycle and good protections such as fire water in fire fighting. Provide expert / consultancy service to other engineers / users and recommends designs for modifications and/or requests for mechanical engineering support. Technical Presentation for certain specifications and general sytem to contractor and vendor to clarify the system. Provide technical advice to operating divisions on all relevant engineering aspects.
• Provide guidance and support to engineers in the discipline as the reference point for all the technical issues of my discipline.

• Technical Evaluations for various fuel system to vehicle and industry application. Doing analysis about efficiency and effectivity, comparing and adding for any additives or chemical substances to increase performance and power of energy system in application.
• Cylinder and vessel pressure test, especially for gas fuel with operating pressure 200 bar. Test pressure is done about 250 bar. Design pressure is made in range of 300 bar. Analysis about possibilities of corrosion in cylinder or vessel. Doing some regulations for cleaning and preparing cylinder well from condensate and other foreign dirties which can damage cylinder or vessel.
• Doing some road tests for vehicles which are applied for high pressure cylinders that they’re on right conditions to be used. Chasis dynamometer, exhaust gas tests in laboratory shall be done first.
