TEC Drive test.(drive test, call testing, switch testing and optimization)

As a site engineer I was actively involved in attending the meetings with customers.

I have integrated more than hundred sites in field tenure and from office I have

successfully accomplished the 500 BTS sites rollout with proper standards of qualityand occupational health and safety.

I was taking care of all the documentations work as well with the help of teams as

per customer specifications.

WORKING AS BSS ENGG. FOR (BSC & BTS). INSTALLED THE BSC ZXC10.

Working at Reliance MCN, Patna giving end-to-end support for ZTE ZXC10 BSSB

System.

Directly interacting with Customer Engineer, OMCR, RF engineers, Project

Coordinators, Warehouse in charge and Vendor in day to day work.

Perform parameter modifications such as Handover threshold, Cell Adjacencies,

Power Control and implement other BSC features needed to improve quality of

service. Ensure the proper collection and maintenance of BSS parameters and maintains

historical database of all the sites that evolve during optimization process

Swapping of Lucent BTS by ZTE BTS.

Monitoring of traffic congestion in various routes and augment of new E1s where

necessary.
