• Responsible for management of legal and acquisition process of vacant land for In Line Amplifier sites in & around Kolkata Telecom Service Area and Rest of Bengal on Lease or Purchase basis.

• Responsible for coordination with NPE & RF Team for selection of required land• Responsible for management of various activities like site acquisition, negotiation of

consideration amount with the Owners, drafting of LOIs, Deed, public Notice, legal documentation and legal process, Registration of Deeds.
