Cover letter I am a very hard working, conscientious individual who strives on delivering task to a high standard. I work well on my own or as part of a team. It has been proven in my current role that I have a very good understanding of people & always find ways, to get the very best from them. During my time with my current employee I have had the benefit of working for Japanese management who have major skills in continuous improvement & right first time methods. This has helped me immensely with my progression within the company. I always aim to deliver any tasks set to a very high standard & build “teams” of people who I can empower to complete any tasks set to them through passing on my knowledge & training methods into their daily tasks.
