“Business Policy & Business Management” PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Ziut Manager Operational Excellence Apr 2011 – Ziut is an Alliander/Enexis joint venture in the field of Public Lighting, Traffic Management and CCTV. Its clients include municipalities, industrial and construction companies. Turnover appr. 107mio, 465 fte. Reporting to the CEO, Senior Management and member of the MT. Tasks and responsibilities: Within the MT it is the Manager Operational Excellence main task to achieve productivity improvements and cost savings.
