P R O F I L E Currently I am employed at Proctor & Gamble Pakistan as a Preventive Maintenance Leader of Bottle Line recently we did the successful startup of new plant of Hair care. I am responsible for the line commissioning, Mechanical maintenance activities & refurbishment. My last job was in Indus Motor Company as an Assistant Team Leader in the Quality Assurance Department. I am involved in the new developments and projects that will be released into the market at a later stage. My first job was in UNIFEROZ which is a pharmaceutical firm my role is a supervisor of making department that was a very short time experience but it boost my learning skills. At PAK-SWISS Training Centre, I actively participated in various extracurricular events and was the Captain of our Cricket team. I am looking forward to joining an organization in which my leading skills and knowledge can be actively used and appreciated. IWS systems so there is both type of learning which systematic &

technical mastery. Core workings: • Implementation of the preventive maintenance program by executing all

the PM program terms at the Specified time. - Taking the initiatives in solving the machine break down/minor failures using

PM tools. - Ensure timely completion of CIL (Cleaning, Inspection & Lubrication) of

Machines. - Ensure machines are running as per centre lines defined in process control

strategy. - Ensure 100% adherence with QA/Safety DMSs. - Conduct / Participate Quality/safety meeting. - Make an spare parts plan as per TBM & CBM maintenance. - Lead IQ/OQ (Installation Qualification/ Operational Qualification) of the owned

equipment. - Responsible to maintain defect list for the floor/ equipment and removing

defects. - Help and collaborate with AM/PM (Autonomous Maintenance/ Progressive

Maintenance) teams to minimize losses, eliminate the breakdowns & Participate in Loss Analysis exercises.

- Lead Installation and validation of new machines. - 100% skill metrics of bottle line & sachet line. - Perform successfully IQ &OQ of Monobloc, Transfer Pump, and Transfer Line

& Pigging unit. - Created SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) for different operations. - Save Losses through Kaizens
