Teaching Assistant Independently supervised weekly studio classes for freshmen architecture + landscape architecture students, Taught students fundamental skills in design, sketching, presentation graphics and architectural drafting, Participated in redesigning the curriculum for the first semester freshmen year studio.
Participated in a studio focused on identifying barriers to healthy living for children in Maryvale, Arizona and suggesting design solutions to overcome those barriers. The grant was a partnership between ASU’s Design School, ASU’s Stardust Center for Affordable Homes and the Family, St. Luke’s Health Initiative and Maryvale community groups.
Working with CDC staff on spatial organization for monthly art walk and special events as well as mapping and graphics for permits and presentations. Special event and mapping work is part of a large ArtPlace grant.
Working with staff at Escalante Community Garden on conceptual design for a new community garden in Tempe, Arizona.
