May 2012 – Present Rainforest Cafe London Sales and Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities include working as Personal Assistant to the Sales and Marketing Manager; creating the company E-Newsletter; social media marketing including Twitter, Facebook, You Tube, Trip Advisor and others; diary management; story boarding and script writing for company promo videos, Developing a brand new website and E-Newsletter for sister company ‘KidzLoveLondon’; menu/poster/leaflet design; managing Santa's Grotto; project analysis; scheduling staff; handling invoices; customer service & dealing with complaints; market research; recruiting and training new staff; taking reservations; Telephone and email enquiries; attending networking events.

June 2009 – April 2012 M&M theatrical Productions UK Tour Actor/Tour Manager: 9 contracted tours around the UK and Ireland performing various educational shows and pantomimes in Primary Schools. Hobbies and Interests:

My hobbies include all areas of music, dance, theatre, reading, travel and socialising with a variety of people. Having spent three years touring, which required living and working with my colleagues, it has made me very aware of the need for team work and co-operation. I am cur-rently seeking a challenging position where I can utilise my skills, education and experience to the benefit of a reputable company.
