Maintain the mud parameters according to the drilling program. Update well information and reporting to the client. Estimating mud materials and chemicals required for drilling each

phase including estimating the tonnage per material, per well and recommendations and estimates for ordering.

Ensuring that adequate stock of mud chemicals is available on the Rig. Signing loading notes for the mud chemicals received from the stores

after checking the quality and quantity of these materials. Update the weekly Mud Report based on the mud chemicals

received /used, daily. Complete the Mud Cost Report and the Mud Materials used and

transferred. Ensures that loading / off loading, stocking/ re-stocking mud

chemicals at the well site is done properly and carefully. Assist in ensuring that mud spills are prevented and that all means

are implemented to ensure zero mud discharge to the environment. Follow up the mud characteristics and properties during the operations. Check and evaluate solids control equipment at the rig site. Reporting to the drilling supervisor with the mud parameters. Supervising and advising drilling crew for daily drilling operations. Make sure that chemical yard/ sack room is kept in good condition.
