With over 8 years of experience in accounting, strategy and marketing, for S.M.E., during this last period I have finished a Master in Digital Economics and Entrepreneurship at H-Farm (Digital Accademia), one of the first Italian accelerators that is part of the Global Accelerator Network (GAN). This course of study has given me the opportunity to update my skills in an innovative and pretty international place. Moreover, I added value to my professional choice of definitively shifting to the HR area. I started training in order to turn my first interest and passion into a challenging job, able to develop and enhance my inner characteristics.

My role is building and executing strategies for companies that seek to engage talent. In particular, I'm focused on Social Recruiting and Predictive HR Analysis (Social HR metrics). Indeed, I'm specialized in Human Resources (Social HR, Employer Branding, Recruiting and Digital Trasformation) and Business Design (Project planning, Marketing Strategies, Social Selling).
