Horacio Enero KEY QUALIFICATIONS Mr. Horacio Enero graduated in 2013 as an Electrical Civil Engineer at Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, Chile. At the same university, he is currently carrying out his thesis entitled “Stochastic modelling applied to unit commitment by considering uncertainty in the input variables”, in order to obtain the Master in Electrical Engineering. He has worked in both technical and economic issues. Concerning economic issues he carried out the Unit Commitment for the Chilean Central Interconnected Power System at CDEC-SIC. On the other hand, regarding technical issues he has been involved in projects located in Belgium, Chile, Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, Oman, Malaysia, Morocco and Chad. o Master planning for the Paraguayan transmission system for the 2015-2020 period. It was necessary to expand the 500KV transmission system.

o Systemic studies for some important Brazilian substations (Bateias, Itatiba, Campinas and Marimbondo). Kind of studies

carried out: Power Flow, Security Analysis, Short circuit Analysis, Reactive power compensation, Dynamic Analysis and Stability Analysis.

CDEC-SIC (Independent Grid Operator of Chile) Planning Engineer Company description: Centro de Despacho Económico de Carga del SIC (CDEC-SIC Ltda.) which corresponds to the central Chile’s SIC grid operator. The agency is responsible for secure system operations, central generation dispatch and allocation of ancillary services. It coordinates energy for 17 generation companies and eight interconnected transmission companies by managing a 13,500MW generation park equivalent to 70% of the country's total available capacity, and more than 1,800km of transmission lines. Jobs description: Unit Commitment for the Chilean Central Interconnected Power System (SIC).
