Considering the number of changes we have made over the
course of the project, you have managed this very professionally.

There have been a few (rare) instances, where intended release
dates were not met. However overall I still rate this category as
excellent.

engineers in my career, and you are certainly none of those.

We (Ampcontrol) have sinned a lot in this project, in terms of shifting specifications, so I have ignored the negative impact of that, in the above ratings.
