Sport New Zealand (Sport NZ)

• Leads and invests in, sport on behalf of the government, to that more kiwis participate, especially kids, and more New Zealanders win on the world stage

High Performance Sport New Zealand (HPSNZ)

• Invests in and support high performance athletes to produce more winners on the world stage - is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sport NZ

New Zealand Olympic Committee

• Selects teams for the Olympic and Commonwealth Games, and leads the organisation and delivery of the Games team including creating a performance focused team environment.

BlackGold

• Is a public private philanthropic initiative

• The objective – to raise over $10m by end of 2016

• Focus on high net worth kiwis who have a desire to see New Zealand do well, who have passion for sport, and want to invest in our sporting success

• BlackGold matches the passion and interests of potential donors with NSO projects (over and above what we can fund)

• BlackGold manages the relationship with the donor and the engagement with that sport and its athletes
