OK2KSA NEW PROCEDURE

(Shipper)

CUSTOMER CARE CENTER Customer Information Center (CIC)

Step 1: From the main page of Saudiacargo.com click on: OK2KSA

Step 2: Click on the link to create a new account (for first time only):

Step 3: Click on the link to sign up for new account (for first time only): * For existing account fill your username and password and click on sign in

Step 4: Fill up all the required user information ( for the first time only ) .

Step 5: Please accept the terms and condition then click on “Save”.

Step 6: Sign in with the new username and password created.

Step 7: To create a new request click on “OK2KSA Request”.

Step 8: Choose the request type then complete the Shipper information.

Step 9: Complete the “Consignee” information, and make sure to add the correct email. *Consignee will receive the DGR form by email.

Step 10: Complete the shipment information.

Step 11: Complete the flight information and Air Waybill number.

Step 12: ( shipper ) Once request have been submitted you will receive an email confirmation on and request, and the consignee will automatically receive the DGR form to complete and process with the concerned department(s).
