custompartment assists

customers in developing custom thremoformed packaging that helps to differentiate and enhance products. Our design department also considers any special or unique product requirements that will assist you in developing your packaging program into an integrated system. From concept to delivery, DFD is with you every step ofthe way.

Design:

Low Minimums!

DFD’s design department utilizes the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to provide flexible and accurate designs in developing your custom packaging.

Engineering:DFD’s experienced engineering department supports our design department with a direct link from product concept to mold development. DFD’s in-house engineering department provides clients with shorter lead time and lower development costs to efficiently enable product introduction from concept to market.

Capacities:We offer a broad range of production equipment, formers, and molds. DFD can accommodate the largest runs of consumer packaging to highly specialized small-run custom projects.

Films:DFD extrudes and processes its own PET films to match specific manufacturing requirements. We use the highest quality resins and materials including APET, RPET, PETE. Customers can choose from clear, tinted, or printed films.

Printing:Our unique printing capabilities allow custom designs and logos to be printed directly on your packaging. Choose from our stock holiday and everyday patterns or let DFD’s creative department help you to develop a custom design.
